Et fint hotel, rent og vedligeholdt. Gode faciliteter og ligger centralt i Berlin med s-bahn lige ude for døren. En fremragende morgenmad med et stort udvalg - der er noget for alle.

We had a bit of a stressful start to our trip due to a flight delay, which meant we couldn’t arrive on our original check in date and only made it the following day. We had booked through Expedia and left a note for the property there, but they weren’t able to review it in time.Despite that, they were incredibly understanding and still managed to accommodate us without any issues. That thoughtful gesture really set the tone for our stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality

Location was convenient to local public transportation. The room had air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast had lots of great choices and variety. Check in and check out was a breeze and the lobby and elevators were only accessible by using a room key, so it felt safe and secure. The main bed was comfy but the rollout bed was not too good. Our only complaints were: visible mold in the shower and they did not refill shampoo/conditioner/kleenex when the cleaned the room. The dispenser for the body was did not work well so we had to take the lid off to scoop it out. Loved the smell of the wash and shampoo!

Our room was a bit small (two beds) and using the luggage rack didn't quite work because we simply couldn't find an adequate space for the luggage rack. But...I placed my suitcase on top of the desk, and it was no problem, whatsoever. We enjoyed the A/C, the view, and the relaxed atmosphere. Our two nights were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, but the staff were absolutely what made our stay remarkable. The breakfast area was kept extremely clean, everyone was attentive, kind, prompt, and friendly. We extended our stay by one night--again, super friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect for our excursions. The S-Bahn station is located a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are available at Alexanderplatz. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton by Hilton Berlin City Centre Alexanderplatz. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Berlin and access public transportation. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed during our visit. The air conditioning worked well, which was appreciated after long days of sightseeing around the city. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a convenient location and a great breakfast while visiting Berlin.
