Kami menginap di dua kamar dengan pintu penghubung selama satu malam bersama keluarga. Resepsionis sangat ramah ketika kami bertanya tentang usia anak-anak dan menunjukkan bahwa hari ini adalah hari ulang tahun putri mereka, hadiah kue yang sangat enak dan disajikan dengan indah langsung dibawa ke kamar. Terima kasih atas itu. Kamar dengan ukuran dan fasilitas yang memadai, sangat bersih. Sangat sepi kecuali penghuni kamar sebelah memiliki perilaku buruk, Anda tidak bisa menyalahkan pihak hotel atas hal tersebut. Sarapan dengan pilihan dan kesegaran yang luar biasa, setiap sen dihabiskan dengan baik di sini. Lokasi sentral. Kami ingin menyebutkan staf yang sangat ramah, selalu baik dan bermanfaat. I cant recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning on my next visit to cologne. My recent stay at the Hilton cologne was nothing short of spectacular and set a new standard for what i consider to be the perfect hotel experience. From the moment i checked in, i knew i was in for a treat, but nothing could have prepared me for the sheer beauty and comfort of the room, not to mention the breathtaking view of the kolner dome. The room was elegantly furnished and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The highlight, however, was the large windows, offering an unobstructed view of the cologne cathedral. Watching the sunrise and set over the dom was a magical experience that added a unique charm to my stay in cologne. The full bathroom was another aspect of my stay that exceeded expectations. It was spacious, modern, and wellequipped with luxurious amenities, making it a pleasure to use. Attention to detail, from highquality toiletries to luxury towels, added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Beyond the room, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable, offering personalized recommendations for exploring cologne and ensuring all my needs were met. Staying here was an unforgettable experience and the highlight of our trip for my wife, largely due to the amazing view of the kolner dom and the exceptional comfort of the room and its amenities. Its a perfect base for anyone looking to explore cologne while enjoying the highest standards of hospitality.

The positive things are the excellent service, the room is spacious, nicely furnished, quiet, and has great blacklut curtains. The location is great, central to colognes city center, railway station, and cathedral. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very nice when responding. The reception phone line is unresponsive. I was waiting for water to warm up so my family and i could take a shower or at least a sponge bath. The parking is sparse, the staff will not inform you if the garage is full, so driving there was a waste of time. Many people believe their cars are special and need 2 spaces instead of 1, leaving spaces open on the digital board but no option to fit.

Excellent location and a wonderful stay. The river and train station are both easily accessible. The hotel was tidy, wellpresented, pleasant during the day, and peaceful at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Only at 3 pm can you check in to the hotel. The church and train station are very close by. The facilities are very good. Toiletries and slippers are not available in german hotels, so bring your own.

The hotel is in a great location for the christmas markets and train station. When we arrived, checkin was simple, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it had coffee and tea facilities, a hair dryer, ironing all the usual things, our shower was broken but was fixed as soon as we reported it, the breakfast buffet was busy but it is a large hotel, the variety was supurb and delicious, we ate at the Pigeon Post bar and again both the food and service were excellent, and the robot bringing the food from the kitchen was great! Overall, we had a great 3 night stay, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, bustling Hanbdlow street, and the magnificent cologne cathedral (Kolner Dom, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the citys treasures. When i arrived, i was greeted by friendly and attentive staff at the hotels reception desk. Their warm welcome set the tone for my stay, and their willingness to assist with any questions or requests was truly commendable. One aspect that initially caught me off guard was the requirement for a deposit upon checkin. However, this minor inconvenience was quickly eclipsed by the overall positive experience. The breakfast spread provided by the hotel cologne was undoubtedly the highlight of each morning. There was something to suit every palate, from freshly baked pastries to hearty continental options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. As for accommodations, the rooms at the hotel cologne were spacious, wellappointed, and thoughtfully designed. Effective soundproofing ensured a peaceful nights sleep, and the cleanliness of the rooms was consistently maintained throughout my stay. Although a minor update to the rooms wouldnt be a major inconvenience, it did not significantly affect overall comfort. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the efficiency and professionalism of the hotel staff in handling guest requests. Whether it was arranging for an additional amenity or promptly addressing an invoice request, their responsiveness was exceptional and greatly appreciated. In conclusion, i would highly recommend the hotel cologne to fellow travelers, whether visiting cologne for work or leisure. Ini pertama kalinya saya di Hilton Hotel Cologne dan saya hanya ingin memesan masa tinggal saya di Cologne bersama istri saya di masa depan. Semuanya sempurna, dari check-in dan check-out hingga parkir di dek parkir hotel. Kami sangat bahagia setelah akhir pekan. Sebagai tamu dengan disabilitas parah yang menggunakan kursi roda listrik, saya tidak memiliki keluhan, tetapi hanya dapat melaporkan hal-hal positif. Namun semuanya bebas dari masalah. Bahkan dengan braket tepat di sebelah toilet. Wastafelnya juga sangat tinggi. Anda juga dapat mengatur cermin dan letaknya tepat di sebelah Anda sehingga setiap pengguna kursi roda dapat menggunakannya sendiri. Hilton Cologne juga sangat sentral. Jaraknya hanya sekitar 200 meter ke stasiun kereta, Katedral Cologne dan toko-toko serta restoran semuanya sangat mudah diakses. Sayangnya, Anda harus memperhatikan lebih banyak tempat yang dapat diakses oleh penyandang disabilitas. Namun, seperti yang kita semua tahu, itu adalah masalah tersendiri. A nice hotel to visit the city and the wheinachtsmarkten! With a mediumsized underground garage just 250 meters from the dom! The building was a post office in the 1950s, with nice architecture! Breakfast was excellent! Overall, a positive experience!.

The location is good, not far from the church and only a few minutes walk away. The train station is also close. The room is clean and has slippers. The service attitude of the waiters is very good. Check in and check out are very fast.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5minute drive from the main railway station and the cathedral. It provides an excellent base for excursions to the christmas markets. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, making the rooms comfortable despite their small size. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The location is excellent, with a view of cologne cathedral from the room. The train station and the cathedral of cologne are right outside the door, and you can stroll to the shopping center. Breakfast was satisfactory. Checkout is permitted until 1.30 pm at the front desk. The parking fee, however, is excessively high, at 32 euros per night.
