This hotel, in the middle of Berlin, has been under new managment since last November. It is not an accessible hotel. There are half a flight of stairs between the elevator (lift) and the rooms. There were a few stains on the rug in the room, but the bathroom and the rest of the room were very clean and were kept that way by a very friendly cleaner. The matresses on the beds were firm and the blankets were just the right thickness for us (middle of May). At the time of year that we stayed, there was no need to open the windows at night. If one were to do so, it would be quite loud-Lichtenberg never sleeps! The breakfast was a buffett and offered everything that one could dream of in a breakfast. There were hot and cold dishes, vegetables, fruit and even cake and cookies on offer! The hotel is directly across the street from the train station, where there is also a McDonald's for those who don't want to pay the 9Euros for breakfast. However, the breakfast was just as good as any we have ever had in a 4* hotel There is also a nice bar for a drink after seeing the sights of Berlin. The staff, and especially the new owner were very friendly.

I would highly recommend this hotel - directly opposite Lichtenberg U+S-Bahn station, an easy 8-stop hop into the centre. Also extremely convenient location to get to Schonefeld Airport. There is also 3 separate shops nearby for day-to-day items such as toothpaste, water, alcohol (although not necessarily a day-to-day product!) etc. The rooms, although basic in terms of facilities (and the vague background smell of cigarette smoke) were extremely clean and the shower was top-notch. The hotel breakfast was very good, with plenty on offer each day. Even better, if you purchase the bed and breakfast option, if you are unable to have breakfast for one day during your stay (as was our case when we had to catch a flight very early in the morning) they will prepare you a packed lunch for the trip (complete with boiled eggs!). All staff were extremely friendly and helpful Overall, cannot really fault this hotel and would highly recommend!

Da ich ja kein Wellness etc. wollte, war das Hotel einfach perfekt. Total sauber, alles funktionstüchtig und sehr engagiertes Personal. Habe mich rund herum wohl gefühlt und buche auf jeden Fall wieder. Wer allerdings Wert auf große Zimmer legt, sollte das vorher sagen. Mein Zimmer war klein aber toll. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Gastronomie in der Nähe des Hotels. Gerade der Mexikaner (Salsa) nur 100 m weiter macht sehr wohlschmeckendes Essen zu sehr guten Preisen.

This hotel is a little far from Berlin, but it is just outside the train station, so you can connect pretty easily. Their staff, specially Sebastian and Pascal were really friendly and helpful, most of my stay was great thanks to them. The room was really big and clean, with lots of natural light.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Mit der U-Bahn, die direkt neben dem Hotel ist, kann man sehr schnell alles erreichen. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und das Personal ist super freundlich. Ein echter Tip.

We chose to stay here because it is close to many attractions. After checking in, I was welcomed very friendly and the environment is very comfortable. When we arrived at the room, I got a peaceful atmosphere with comfortable bed. And we get prompt service. Breakfast is very good, with a wide range of hot, pastries, fruit, cereal, and bread options. We would not hesitate to come back to stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in August 2017. The room itself was outdated in terms of style and decor, but it appeared to be clean. We discovered some bugs around the windows and spent some time exploring if they could be bed bugs, but we came to the conclusion that they probably weren't. There are numerous sounds at night, probably coming from the bar below, but also from some sort of game machine, wifi does not work, and the hotel is incredibly outdated, so I can confirm what other reviews are saying. During our stay, we did not experience any serious issues, and given that we didn't spend much on each night, the hotel was in good shape. In August 2017, we stayed at this hotel for four nights. When we entered the room's door, we were pleasantly surprised that it featured two bedrooms and one bathroom. Although there is plenty of space for two people, we never used the second bedroom. Even though the rooms design and decor were out of date, the room appeared clean. The windows were patchy, so we spent some time determining if there were bed bugs around them. I can confirm what other reviews are saying there are many noises at night, most likely from the bar below, as well as some kind of gaming device, wifi does not function, and the hotel is incredibly outdated.

We selected this hotel because it is close to our daughter and her family who live in the neighborhood and is very close to the station. The location is great because it is directly across the street from the station and close to coffee shops etc. We only reserved a room so we didn't try breakfast or any other amenities. It was a very basic hotel that required renovation and painting. However, it was pristine, and the rooms were quite spacious. They did have a fridge but would have appreciated having a coffee maker. Our room was in front of the hotel and we worried about traffic noise, but this wasn't a problem at all. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was good value for the money and met our needs. We would always book this hotel again as our daughter is living there.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Beanstandungen/Wünsche werden sofort umgesetzt. Super Lage, direkt am Bhf Lichtenberg. Zimmer haben Schallschutzfenster - ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Man sieht dem Hotel das Alter an, es wird aber peu a peu renoviert. Preis/Leistung passen.

Sehr gute Lage , direkt am Bahnhof Lichtenberg. Man kann mit den Öffentlichen alles in Berlin erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. die Betten sind sehr gut. Im Naßbereich der Dusche breitet sich der Schwarschimmel aus . Insbesondere hier muss grünlicher gereinigt werden Das Fernsehgerä ist sehr alt, und hatte schlechten Empfang, die dazugehörige Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht . Die Reklamation diesbezüglich, Schimmel und Fernsehgerät, fanden keine Beachtung. Wir hatten das Zimmer 39 !

Mein Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten im Hotel Nova macht mir vor Beginn der Reise leichte Sorgen, da ich einige Rezensionen gelesen hatte, die nicht unbedingt allzu gutes vermuten ließen. Aber ich dachte mir: Für zwei Nächte wird es dicke reichen. Bei der Ankunft war ich positiv überrascht - direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, es besteht also eine super Anbindung an alle Öffentlichen, und sehr nettes Empfangspersonal. Auch das Zimmer - Einzelzimmer, oberstes Stockwerk - war völlig in Ordnung. Die Renovierung hätte man zwar etwas liebevoller bzw. genauer (überstreichen der Tapeten bis wirklich an die Ränder) machen können, aber ansonsten wirklich gut. Sauberes Bad, leider kein Shampoo vorhanden, nur ein Seifenspender, wo der Pumper auch nicht mehr perfekt funktionierte - aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Nun war es zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reise extrem heiß - so auch im Zimmer unterm Dach - Klima lief leider keine, dafür gab es einen Ventilator. Da ich mich tagsüber eh nicht im Zimmer aufgehalten habe und erst später abends wiederkam, habe ich einfach die beiden Dachfenster offen gelassen, sodass es bei meiner Rückkehr im Zimmer temperaturmäßig wirklich aushaltbar war. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass dies Leute ggf. stören könnte, wenn es nochmal solch einen Rekord-Sommer gibt. Auf jeden Fall würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Frühstück hatte ich keins, weswegen ich dies und die dafür vorgesehenen Räumlichkeiten nicht bewerten kann.

Hotel molto vicino alla s-banh , camera grande (due stanze + ingresso) abbastanza pulito ma con arredamenti datati. Alla ns segnalazione che l’ingresso aveva le luci fulminate ci è stata data il giorno dopo una lampada con la rassicurazione che sarebbero state rimesse a posto il giorno dopo, cosa che invece non è avvenuta. Personale accogliente e disponibile parla solo inglese. Tutto sommato buon hotel per chi non ha pretese.
