Alles war sehr gut: Buchung, Check-in & Check-out waren reibungslos. Die Mitarbeit sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt nah beim Hauptbahnhof und dem Schauspielhaus.

This hotel was so disappointing, with the cleanliness of the hotel being bad, and also the cleanliness of the linens and towels. The breakfast was very poor and there were no leftovers from the dinner. The room temperature was low so it made me uncomfortable. It was also a shame when I arrived that early but luckily my room could be fixed.

This place is a good hotel, it is very clean, tidy, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the room is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. But in terms of the location, it looks like a ghetto and can be a bit scary on the first day, but the staff is so friendly and helpful.

We chose the place since it was within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof railway stop plus the price. It is indeed close to the railway stop which is fantastic, but Steindamm Street is awful. Oh, as a cab driver said! There are so many dirty people out there. When you enter the small lobby the first thing that strikes you is that there is no elevator access to the rooms and you will stare at a long staircase. We were with family and children and had to liftcarry all our luggage up. That is not done. You will walk a few steps and again climb 56 steps to reach rooms or the dingy elevator after reaching the first floor. It is possible to experience porterfie in the same way as taking a selfie. We paid more for a forced room, but we discovered that they had just put two additional couches in a double bedroom! I had no idea what was going to happen. The next morning we found a couple of them feeling itchy all over and when we looked at the sheets we found bedbugs. We also took pictures and videos and complained to the receptionist. There were initially denial and rooms full etc, but as we got angry they got us moved to a different hotel named lumen on the opposite side of the street, which is a bit better but not a way out of porterfie!.

Hotel itself is fine. Very clean and very comfortable with pleasant staff. Pretty basic so no tea/coffee making in the rooms. Easy to get around the city from here but the location is noisy overnight and not the nicest place to stay.

Hotel was good, just when yo go to your room, the hotel doesn’t have elevator to the first floor and you need to go by stairs. Hard for older people and no way for disabled people. Good location and train station very close.

Considering the price, it was exactly what we expected. That goes for the rooms, the breakfast and the whole experience. It was a grocery store next door, which came useful when we headed further with an early train.

Jag bad (vid bokningen) om ett tyst rum, med så lite oljud utifrån som möjligt. Och det var precis vad jag fick, så jag är nöjd. Emellertid vet jag inte hur de som fick rum som vette mot livliga gatan Steindamm hade det med "tystheten", så om tysthet är viktigt - be om ett rum med fönster mot baksidan av Steindamm. Rummet var lagom storlek för ensamresenär och städningen sköttes perfekt. Också bra att det fanns värdeförvaringsskåp på rummet för endast 5€ för hela vistelsen. Hiss saknades trots att det står att det ska finnas. Inget jag hade problem med, men andra skulle kanske ha det?

Sehr gut Lage und Zimmer sehr sauber und gute Zustand. Preis Leistung richtig gut. Mit hat Überrascht die Größe des Zimmer was ich bekommen habe obwohl ich ein Einzel Zimmer reserviert haben. Aber ich denke es ist weil ich spät in der Nacht angekommen bin nach ein paar Stunde gebucht zu haben. Würde empfehlen.
