La persona que trabaja en lobby por las tardes, una señora que se llama Maia (Maya) excelente anfitriona!!!! Muy atenta y amable. Y sabe español. Te orienta muy bien. Ocupamos la “Villa” del hotel porque vamos 4 de familia así que estuvo perfecto pues es amplia, 2 habitaciones,2 baños, además de refrigerador y cocina eléctrica. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Muy cerca del centro de Fira. Gracias

Hôtel très bien situé, à distance de marche de la station de bus, ce qui a rendu notre visite de l’île facile et agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner compris. Hôtel propre et calme. Maya à la réception était d’une grande gentillesse et a bien pris soin de nous. Nous avons adoré !

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious with a distant ocean view. The bathroom was big and clean with good quality shower. The balcony had cloth hanging rack for clothes/towel drying. The TV had English speaking channels, which was not common in Greek islands. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold options and had slight differences each day. The breakfast staff were all friendly with a smile. The hotel is away from the crowds of the main street and therefore quiet. But it is just a few minutes walk away from the city center and the bus station, making it convenient for dining/shopping and exploring Fira and other villages. Special thank to Maya, who was showing top notch hospitality by offering breakfast box because we had to leave very early in the morning. We had a memorable stay in this beautiful Greek island.

En cuanto al hotel, es perfecto, habitaciones modernas y funcionales. Está situado como a 10 minutos andando del centro de Thira y de la estación de autobuses, en un paseo cómodo y sin cuestas. El desayuno del hotel, muy bueno en un sitio muy confortable. El hotel puede catalogarse en un cuatro estrellas pero con un servicio de 5 estrellas. Lo mejor es su personal. Un saludo a la recepcionista de la tarde que habla español, persona muy educada y competente y siempre sonriente. A pesar de estar trabajando siempre estaba dispuesta para conversar y darte buenas ideas de viaje. Se notaba que además era guía turístico. También agradecer la profesionalidad de la recepcionista de día. Desde el momento en que nos recibió, nos dimos cuenta de que el trato era muy especial. Tuvo el detalle de que como llegamos muy temprano en el ferry desde Santorini, antes de realizar el check in, nos invitó a desayunar y además tenía nuestra habitación preparada por la camarera de piso para nuestro aniversario antes de tiempo con un detalle de regalo, lo cual agradecemos. Nos hicieron sentir como que estábamos en casa. Sin duda si volvemos a Santorini volveremos a este hotel para seguir conversando con estas personas. No tengas duda con este hotel no encontrarás un sitio mejor. Hemos Tenido la fortuna de viajar por todo el mundo y podemos decir que en muy pocas ocasiones hemos encontrado un hotel tan perfecto como este. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo y disculpad por no conocer vuestros nombres.

The staff were so helpful and informative! Super sweet lady that worked the evening Front Desk. Explained in details everything about the island and gave me lots of info to plan my trip here. Saw her speak in multiple different language to many hotel guests. Wish I could have gotten her name to say a thank you! Rooms were cute and clean. Great place for a solo traveler.

I highly recommend this stay as the facilities were clean, comfortable to stay in, and service was superb. They were able to arrange last minute tours for us and always greeted us with a friendly face! They were also able to accommodate a late check in and rotated items for their breakfast buffet.

Our room was beautiful with a balcony toward the sunrise. The staff was especially sweet and helpful, with lots of advice for our outings, helping us to plan what to do and booked an excursion for us. The hotel was conveniently located, not in the middle of it all so on the calmer side which was appreciated and very close to the bus station. The morning breakfast has a large variety of things to choose from and many traditional Greek items. Overall, highly recommended and if we returned to Santorini, we would stay here again. It was lovely.

Great place to stay, close to everything including transportation around the island. Clean room, good upkeep, helpful staff. Our daughter had separate room loft. Beach towels were avaliable for swimming pool but also to take to beaches. Great dinning options around. Breakfast included with few different options every morning but always yogurt and staples

What a beautiful spot. On the opposite side of the caldera but a third of the price and still with an ocean view. Great size room, loved the balcony, perfect location with easy walking distance to anywhere in Fira. Loved this place.
