Our experience was outstanding. We emailed the hotel a month in advance to inform them that we would be arriving around midnight, providing our name, arrival date, and confirmation reservation. To our delight, when we checked in, the front desk staff had prepared a sandwich and a pear for each of us, which was very helpful since we were quite hungry. Additionally, the front desk had a bulletin board displaying the WiFi details and daily activities, making it easy for us to take a picture for reference. Afterward, the staff personally escorted us to our room to ensure we wouldn't get lost, pointing out where we could find our meals and the pool along the way. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating; particularly, the front desk staff arranged taxis for us to reach our desired destinations, and they coordinated with maintenance and housekeeping as needed. The hotel's location was ideal, within short walking distance of both the beach and the town, and it was pleasantly quiet throughout our stay.

We booked this hotel a few weeks before going and for the price we didnt expect much. We had a good time and enjoyed our holiday. The original room had a mountain view in the back block after asking to be moved from pool view, updated room much better, had bath in it and was advised that we would need to sit down and take a shower over our head. We were moved without any trouble. unable to get a uk channel. The dining was basic with little choice but edible. Well the pool area I think this should be addressed. The pool looks green with the edges are slimy, needs draining and cleaned, problem is that the pool is concrete and looks rather drab. It is cleaned daily and is clean but doesn't always look appealing. Sunbed should be updated and also little tables around the pool would be nice. Bar drinks good but no whiskey. Also, the bar opens at 10 00, but no alcohol until 1.30 00. Couid testing on site 40, chemist on town 20 if it didn't turn into a club, 18 00 holiday the day before we flew home, we would have gone back. The week we arrived was quiet, and the Friday before our departure was packed and said this is normal. There was lots of noise and inflatable around the pool.

The service here was very special, especially the bar and restaurants at the center of Falaraki. The place is quiet. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, the view of the sea and mountains was so good. The food and drink at all inclusive was also very good. Breakfast was so plentiful. And then we had lunch and supper, which had delicious deserts and freshly sliced salad.

The food is good as it is difficult to cook in bulk, the rooms are good and the pool is nice, although it is painted a little oddly. The middle-aged ravers were fun, especially sexy sue she appears to be 43 but appears to be 27. Her friends laugh a bit loud and wake me up from my daily siestas, but I'm a bore, so that's really my fault. The staff are nice people and the manager was excellent when needed. Its typically nice and quiet until around rp then the irish ravers hit the bar and middle-aged mischief. They were fun but shouldn't drink in the sun all afternoon, they had loud music but asked us all for requests on a play list. Some of the songs choices were shocking, but I had elton john on hand and it was generally a laugh. Was an odd couple from Stork looked like swingers, but each was his own I suppose. Overall, a decent threestar hotel.

The hotel is a 15 minute wall into the main bars and restaurants or a 5-cab fare. What a real gem the Olympic Sun is. Because it is only a threestar hotel, don't expect luxury, but if you want a friendly and relaxing holiday at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. Food is basic both English and Greek but lots of it. Desserts are particularly good. The allinclusive bar is exactly what it says with no short measure or restrictions at all. The bar and restaurant staff were great and always smiled and talked about. Irena and night porter Frank were excellent and deserve special mention. The rooms were simple but clean and had maid service whenever needed. The air conditioning and safe were both free with all inclusive. Nice gardens with a large pool complete the amenities.

The hotel is nice and has a nice atmosphere, and the rooms are also very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Greece and want to stay in Faliraki

Unfortunately when we arrived the room was not ready and looked nothing like the room we had booked. As no other rooms were available they arranged for us to stay in another hotel nearby, Sun Palace, which is excellent. Sadly they didn't tell us that the move to another hotel was only for part of our holiday. We had to move back to Olympia Sun for two nights which took time out of our planned trips and was quite stressful. I would not recommend staying here as there is such a variety of standards of rooms (some renovated and some not), you don't really know what you'll get. However the breakfast were good but we did not stay for other neals. The staff were helpful and friendly but there systems are not organised which can be frustrating unless you are very laid back and don't mind waiting around.

Beautiful views but there was a lot of issues; • Same towels for 6 days (should be changed every two days) • Unfriendly staff (sat in reception for 40mins without being acknowledged) • Not safe (No lifeguards and when you need a first aider we had to wait) • No communication (considering the wildfires and continuous power cuts we had no idea what was going on and was left in the dark) • Power cuts (I understand that this could no be helped but they failed to provide any lights so we could see as it was pitch black took 5 days and constant asking before we received a light) • The Bar (due to power cuts we were left with nothing to drink except warm beer. This was every night for over an hour each time. They didn’t even offer bottled water to keep hydrated in the heat) No senior member of staff available (when we had these issues and tried to resolve them the only members of staff were the receptionist and bar staff who told us we had to wait until morning again leaving us unsafe)
