Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. It was refreshing to see the staff cleaning the pool early in the morning, which showed how well the property is maintained. Although the hotel is a little away from Fira town, it offers excellent value for money. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

The resort is relatively new and well maintained. The staff was out thoroughly cleaning the facility every morning early. The staff was helpful with getting taxis or anything else that we needed. Everyone was friendly. The daily breakfast was simple and delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

What a charming hotel! We were looking for somewhere to stay proximate to the airport, and easy to travel to/from - and the Onyx was great. From check-in to check-out, Konstantina was a jewel! She not only gave us Upon check-in, Konstantina stepped away from the desk to take us to our room & introduce us to its features - after giving us a map with several recommendations, adding to the list her personal preferences. We so very much enjoyed her dinner recmmendation at Nektar Lounge overlooking the volcano caldera! What a GLORIOUS view - and the food was amazing, served by a very attentive team. Our room was super-clean, the sinks, counters, and fixtures shone - and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was HOT and relaxing! We were so looking forward to soaking in our private hot tub, and were disappointed that it didn’t work despite Konstantina trying to have it serviced. The delightful breakfast bar suited our a-typical American pallettes - with COFFEE, fruit, yogurt, and a very tasty walnut-spice bread on morning! There were eggs and other breads as well as juices - and the server kept the bar area stocked and ready for all comers. Parking seems to always be a problem in Greece, so we used the transportation Konstantina arranged for us, however our family was able to also drop us off and park - which was much appreciated. Although the Onyx is a small business, it was well worth staying in this off-the-beaten-path venue.

Absolutely beautiful place and stay. So peaceful and clean and worth every penny. If you’re looking for a room with a private pool but fira is too pricey this is 100x better regardless. Fira is a 5 min drive. You’re able to rent ATV and moped right on property to get around too. Constantina is an angel!

Konstantina and Krystallia at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our stay at this property was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is relatively new, very clean, and well-maintained. There are plenty of safe and convenient parking options available. The location is ideal—centrally situated in Santorini, close to both the airport and Fira, making it very easy to get around the island. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety. Although the weather was a bit chilly and we couldn’t use the swimming pool, it looked beautiful and offered great views. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a holiday in Santorini.

We had an absolutely amazing week staying at Onyx Hotel in Santorini. The hotel was so clean and we loved our room, the hot tub on the balcony felt like such a special luxury. All the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and friendly, and so happy to help us with anything we needed and wanted to help us to make our stay extra special. We really enjoyed the short walk into Fira every day, and found the location absolutely perfect for us - especially being out of the way of the busier areas. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone ☺️
