Para karyawan sangat berhati-hati, Hector sangat ramah. Kamar-kamarnya indah, modern, luas dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kolam renangnya sangat menyenangkan. Mengapa 3 bintang? Karena jalan yang lewat tepat di depan kamar terlalu bising dan mobil melaju sepanjang hari sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk istirahat di siang hari. Sayangnya, meskipun lokasinya bagus (pusat) untuk mengunjungi pulau, jalan ini menghilangkan banyak hal "baik" dari hotel. Stay here if youre in santorin! Strongest recommendation! We stayed at serapias suites for 7 days as a 30yearold couple. And what can i say? It was absolutely amazing! The suites are beautifully decorated, spacious, modern, and very clean. And everything is brand new! The hotel manager, nora, is probably the best hostess you could ask for. She takes care of everything you need and also gives great tips about the island! Thank you for everything, we will be back.5.0/514 Jan 2025

We had an unforgettable stay at serapias suites. From the warm and friendly welcome from nora to meeting the team every day with breakfast and the excellent service. This place is a place to visit, stay and will always be remembered. After traveling for a living and staying at many resorts, hotels and different accommodations, i can definitely say that this place is one of the best internationally. On our honeymoon, my wife and i traveled to santorini. We had a far better experience. If youre seeking for a peaceful getaway, the location was ideal, close to fantastic restaurants, lovely beaches, and hiking trails. The staff was incredibly helpful in providing us with excellent recommendations, assisting us in obtaining a vehicle, and, even better, assisting us in avoiding places we didnt want to visit. Every morning, the breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our patio. Hector was always available for any inquiries, including room service, extra towels, housekeeping, and more.
