Perfect family run hotel in the old part of town down a lovely quiet tiny street. The staff were so incredibly helpful and lovely to chat to. Room was great and comfortable. Close to everything but without the noise. Thoroughly recommend!

Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einiges an Stauraum. Unsere kleine Tochter schlief auf dem Ausziesofa, was ihr sehr gefiel. Wir bekamen super Ausflugstips, sogar der Wind wurde geprüft, ob er nicht zu stark weht. Der Garten und die Dachterrasse sind top gepflegt und laden zum verweilen ein. Es gibt zwar keine Parkplätze beim Hotel, wir haben aber immer ohne grosses Suchen ein kostenloses Plätzchen gefunden.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sette Venti! The gorgeous little hotel is located in a wonderful location - about a 5 minute walk to the harbor and 2 minutes from the best restaurant in Chania. The hotel staff - Katerina, Maria, and Nina - were friendly, informative, and welcoming, and each provided us with their recommendations for restaurants and activities. Our room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable - I would like to live there! The room and bathroom were very clean - spotless in fact. We felt like we were located in the heart of Chania’s old town, but it was still quiet and peaceful.

Super petit hôtel situé dans la vieille ville de Chania, Emplacement parfait. L'accueil chaleureux et aux petits soins du personnel a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. La taille de la chambre était parfaite, très propre et joliment décorée, avec une attention portée à chaque détail. A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé dans la chambre des en-cas et une bouteille de vin. Un petit patio invite à un moment de détente avec l'apéro. Seul bémol l’absence de petit déjeuner sur place avec un premier petit déjeuner compris au remazzo café à quelques dizaines de mètres vu sur port mais de qualité plus que moyenne. Sinon parfait !!!! Je recommande vivement

This 5 room family run hotel was a gem in the heart of the old town Chania. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless and tastefully decorated. They had little thoughtful touches that made you feel so welcome- free non alcoholic beverages awaiting you in the room bar fridge , a Nespresso machine complete with ginger cookies , chocolates and candies in the lobby and a book exchange. The best part of this hotel though was the staff. Maria and Nina were so helpful with booking a trip to the samaria gorge , beach recommendations, and suggestions for restaurants. They were lovely and after our 3 night stay- we felt like family. Thank you for showing us the best part of travelling- meeting and connecting with new friends.

We stayed at the Sette Venti after reading the fantastic reviews on Tripadvisor. The place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and polite, location is brilliant (in the centre but quiet), the room was beautiful and clean. A brilliant hotel. I usually do not make the effort writing reviews but this place was worth writing for.

Very clean and spacious hotel room with all mod cons(Aircon, safe,fridge coffee/tea etc) and within 5mins walk of the Venetian harbour. Staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and took a genuine interest in making sure we got everything we wanted from our holiday. Suggested tavernas and hidden beaches were particularly welcome. Would stay again and recommend to all.

Amazing stay in this charming family hotel, always here to help you and give you good advice. Hotel has been recently completely refurbished, mattress and pillows are so comfy, room was pretty big and loved the shower. Hotel is also very well located just next to all shops and restaurants in the old port. I recommend

There are nice helpful and kind staff in this hotel who run this place. I found it extremely tidy and clean. I liked the location, but very close to the old city centre. I got advice from the owner about where to go and what to see, and they have a nice and calm courtyard.

This was our first stop on our vacation in create, and what a fantastic hotel. A little difficult to find initially among the winding alleys of change old town, but definitely worth it. Our room was extremely spacious, very nicely decorated, immaculately clean, and quite comfortable. Although we didn't utilize it much, the courtyard is really pretty. Maria and Nina were very nice, giving us advice on places to visit and eat, places they go to with their families, and things to see. We also liked change, especially the old town and the venetian harbor, which both have lots of great bars and restaurants. There is also good bus transportation for exploring the area, including some lovely beaches. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel was our first time in the building, and the location was ideal. The location was close to the harbour, which is full of numerous coffee shops and restaurants, and the cleanliness in the rooms was very high. I appreciate the lovely lady who owns it for taking care of us.

When we first made a spontaneous reservation in August, we were ecstatic. Although the hotel has few rooms, each one is lovely for us as a four or five-star hotel. The furniture is lovely, and the accommodations are extremely large, opulent, and always clean. The security measures are completely guaranteed by corona. Due to its proximity to the port, the hotel's location in the old city is ideal. Also, the first eateries are just around the corner. Maria, the hotel's proprietor, took excellent care of us and was quite pleasant. We were treated with a touch of luxury, and made a very pleasant impression. Because of the lovely furnishings, the proprietor, and the excellent location, we would suggest the boutique to everyone. Next year, we anticipate returning to the boutique and Maria!.

In the middle of the historic town, this hotel is situated on a lovely, tranquil street. It is such a serene settingdont forget to sit on the patio in the back! The maestro room where my companion and I stayed was large, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Sometimes, after sleeping away from home, I experience neck and back pain, but this bed was so wonderful that I want to buy the pillows they used to have at home! We couldnt have asked for more. The generosity and helpfulness of the women who run it, Katrina, Maria, and Nina, who met me at my arrival very late at night, was truly incredible. Without them, we would have had a completely different experience! Nina met me and had a map of the old town for me with restaurants, bakeries, and bars they recommended. They had all the answers if we had any queries about planning an excursion or getting somewhere. They even got us on a wine and olive oil tour which we believed were fully booked. And most importantly, they were also very friendly and engaging to chat with. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend it to others!.
