We stayed in a two bed villa and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is located is located in a lovely, quiet location but close enough to plenty of restaurants and towns. The main pool is fantastic with a small bar offering great food and drinks. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. The villas are arranged in 3 rows above the main hotel building, each spaced a good distance apart. The first two rows are accessible by car or a courtesy golf buggy (or walking of course!), but the top row requires climbing a steep flight of steps - something to be aware of if you are traveling with elderly parents as we were. The views even from the lower row is excellent. The villa is entered on the top level, which has a living room and an ensuite bedroom with balconies for both. Down the stairs is the kitchen / dining area with another ensuite bedroom, both with doors onto the pool area. The pool is very large for a private villa pool - long enough to get in some laps if that's your thing. It was warm enough to swim at the beginning of May, but only just. We booked the half board rate. Breakfast was a buffet, with plenty of options including changing hot dishes and local specialities. The only small disappointment was the bread and jams, both of which tasted of very little. Dinner was consistently excellent - each night had a selection of appetizers to share, followed by a choice of 3 mains. There were more than enough options to ensure we didn't have to have the same dish more than once. There is also a good wine list with a selection of Cretan and other wines. Service was also superb, with super friendly staff who were arr of the best we have experienced.

Wunderbares Resort. Wir hatten die 2 bedroom villa, die nicht nur sehr viel Platz und einen wirklich großen privaten Pool bietet, sondern auch traumhafte Blicke über das Meer. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und sehr gut möbliert, und abends sitzt man auf einem der Balkone und genießt die Aussicht über das beleuchtete Chersonisos und die Bucht. Die Villen stehen mit 10-15 Meter Abstand zueinander, das bringt maximale Privatsphäre. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und haben ein eigenes Bad. Im offenen Wohnzimmer stehen zwei Sofas, die auch als bequeme Betten dienen, so dass hier sechs Personen komfortabel wohnen können. Auch dort gibt es ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Mitarbeitenden im Nest sind wunderbare Menschen, die alles getan haben, um uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr ansprechend, es gibt eine große Auswahl und täglich frisch gepressten Orangensaft! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und in der Regel auch abends im Hotel gegessen. In der Nachsaison gab es kein Buffet, sondern à la carte jeden Abend ein Drei-Gänge-Menü. Es war jedesmal sehr lecker. Der kleine Spa-Bereich bietet eine schöne Sauna und ein Dampfbad; die Nutzung erfolgt jeweils exklusiv durch diejenigen, die ihn gebucht haben (je 1,5 Stunden). Leider war das kleine Schwimmbecken wegen Beschädigungen nicht in Betrieb, das hätte es perfekt gemacht. Der große Pool für die Hotelgäste mit seiner Poolbar ist auch sehr schön und bietet einen grandiosen Blick aufs

Amazing room, friendly staff and perfect to calm down. Downsides are the steep hill to get to the hotel so a car is definitely needed here and the breakfast was kind of disappointing. Other than that everything was perfect.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern im Internet dargestellt. Durch die Lage am Hang hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer! Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war toll und hat eine gute Variation geboten. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen eine Auto zu mieten, wenn man zum Strand möchte. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub im The Nest Resort sehr gut gefallen.

I had a wonderful stay at the nest. A special place with amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. My room was lovely with a balcony that had incredible views of the sea and the poolside/spa were very relaxing and well maintained. Can’t recommend enough. I wish I was staying longer!

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel itself was lovely and plenty of relaxing amenities. Loved having the restaurant and the meals were very good. Really enjoyed being able to eat outside and look at the ocean. Room was comfortable with a nice balcony. Lovely. Wish we couldve stayed a day longer.

Wir waren zu neunt unterwegs und unser Flug hatte Verspätung, wodurch wir das Abendessen verpasst hätten. Doch nach einer kurzen Mitteilung an das Team wurden wir überrascht: Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter stellten kurzerhand ein Buffet für uns alle in den Kühlschrank unserer Villa. So war unser Abend gerettet. Die Mitarbeiter waren generell äußerst herzlich und haben unseren Kindern jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Besonders schön für die Kinder war die tägliche Fahrt mit dem Golfcart nach dem Abendessen zurück zur Villa sowie der private Pool – eindeutig die Highlights ihres Urlaubs. Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu verbessern gibt, dann vielleicht die Qualität des Obstes, die an manchen Tagen etwas besser hätte sein können, und das Fehlen der Butter an einem Tag. Dennoch vergeben wir 5 von 5 Sternen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und sind mit wehmütigen Herzen nach Hause geflogen. Viele liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!
