We experienced firsthand service during our two yearly stays here. Our family of four enjoyed the accommodations on the first night of our stay before our trip. We received a warm welcome from Nick and angela, who made us feel at home. We were also given the option of keeping our luggage in the day until we were ready to leave. We were required to reserve a room for the four of us for the second night because we had not yet made a reservation. Nick kindly met us at 230 am and found us a room. He was extremely kind, and he wouldnt have been troubled at all to sleep in and remain there for as long as we wanted. He was once more available for us in the morning for brunch because we were so appreciative. Nick, Angela, and the employees are incredibly kind and friendly and provided us with excellent assistance. I appreciate it.

We had 2 lovely rooms at this family owned hotel, a large suit room for ourselves and two children, with our older two children in another room down the hall. We were very well taken care of by the owner and stayed on additional nights when bushfires and family in hospital made it difficult to return home. Our teenage son left a substantial amount of cash behind in the room. The cleaner discovered the wallet and returned it to the owners with all of the money still there.

We spent two separate days in this hotel as a three-person party while on our trip to Sydney. We thought the location was excellent, with a park across the street and only a 10-minute walk from the closest train stop. The hotel is compact, spotless, and cozy, and the personnel are extremely welcoming. Our room had a communal balcony, which was fantastic for relaxing in the evenings. The rice pudding is undoubtedly a nice addition, and the breakfast is freshly prepared to order. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for the first time recently and really enjoyed it. The location is good. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The garden is breathtaking and the staff are very friendly. The price is very good. I will come back here again.
