The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with a great location that makes getting around easy. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with a good atmosphere and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Egal welches Problem ws gab es wurde für alle eine Lösung gefunden. Reinigung des Zimmers erdolgt auf anfrage an der Rezeption. Dort hinterlässt man den Zimmerschlüssel und wenn man wieder kommt ist alles sauber. Selbst als ich krank wurde kam jemand zum übersetzen mit zur Apotheke um mir Medikamente zu holen. Ich würde jeder zeit wieder kommen.

The room was kept clean and the air conditioner works great. And the staff was amazing, i will love to give a great thanks to all of the staff for their hard work, but i will love to say a special thank you to one of the staff name Florenctin , without her helpful nature and her smile and for helping us for translator of French to English, ahe was the best and amazing human being.

Jeg hadde en veldig god opphold her i 2 netter. Veldig rent og komfortabelt hotell å bo i. AC sammen med alt annet funker bra. Personalet og hotell manageren var greie og hjelpsomme med alle mine ønsker og spørsmål angående fasilitetene/området.

部屋はそこそこ綺麗で過ごしやすい。しかし、枕の黄ばみが酷い。エレベーターの音が響くがまだ許容範囲。 許せないのが、チェックアウトの朝に洗濯物を受け取ったが、生乾きの上に他人の物が混ざっていて自分のものが一つない。指摘すると交換できたが、有料の洗濯でそのミスは如何なものか。 あと、バイクタクシーと料金のことで揉めているときにホテルの偉い人が出てきてバイクタクシーにお金を払ったが、あれは良くない。 バイクタクシーの道間違いと勘違いで遠回りしているのに、それにお金を渡すと観光客相手なら遠回りして余分にお金を請求しても良いと勘違いして、詐欺を働くようになるだろう。だから相手が折れるまでいくらでも喧嘩しようとしてたのに。

Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel "Grand Plaza Conakry" due to change of departure time from Paris. But I was still charged with the hotel fees even though I didn't stay at the hotel. When I ask for refund, I was told they couldn't refund me. Hotel Grand Plaza Conakry and it management are fraud. I would not recommend
