In compliance with the latest regulation under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603), which mandates licensed hotels to charge for the supply of disposable plastic products, K11 ARTUS will apply a charge of HKD 1 per room per night for disposable toiletries.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
Starting from 1 January 2025, Hong Kong will reinstate the Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) at a rate of 3%, based on the room rate provided by the property. This may affect your total accommodation costs. We recommend you read the Hotel Accommodation Tax details before booking. K11 ARTUS is committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all residents and guests. Any violation will result in one-night rental penalty plus 10% service charge.

Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred.
