The beautiful guest house is on the shore of Lake Balloon. The staff makes your stay a pleasure. It's a charming family-run establishment. The sun decks are beautiful and the sunsets are spectacular. Try the cafe.

Our favorite new attraction in Sabahaz this year was their terrace cafe and bar. They have a delectable breakfast and now have coffee and drinks available in the bar on most days. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the opposite side of the lake balloon while drinking a cool drink, it was really refreshing.

A German friend recommended going to Lake Balatonboglar while visiting Hungary. It's a low-key location with a kickback. It has a wall. The bottom of Lake Balatonboglar is firm and clear of vegetation, and the lake is shallow for long distance, making it ideal for children. Now, Sabahaz. It was an absolute delight. The owner was born in Hungary and had hungarian roots. The entire family is involved, and they are all lovely. They did a fantastic job turning the building into a very nice hotel with modern amenities and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking is plentiful and free. Wifi worked flawlessly. They have lounge chairs for you to relax on the grass by the water. Did I mention, it's right on the water. I don't know how they make a profit on what they charge. Ask about the family's history, which is extremely fascinating.

The people running this tiny guesthouse were very friendly. Breakfast is not worth the 10 extra euros. You get some cheese and salami, cereal, and some sweet things, but that's all. Eggs, for example, would be a nice addition. Otherwise, the experience was ok for a one night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
