Brand new, compact apartment overlooking the glacier (back window). Owner was very personable and helpful. Full glass front window/door with large window over the comfy bed in the back. Good kitchenette with 2 of everything. Great coffee! Love the heated bathroom floors! Shower is a little tight.

Such a lovely property and lovely owners! I absolutely fell in love with their dog, Pia who is the cutest lab mix puppy in all of iceland. Such cute and unique guesthouses with great and warm accommodations for living. Highly Recommend.

Rooms are clean. Perfect view from my window of the glacier. Sky roof gave me a chance to do stargazing from their very comfy bed. To top it all, we saw the Northern Lights while we were there.

Cozy and comfortable! Super clean and modern. Love the heated bathroom floors! Kitchenette has everything you need to make a simple breakfast but be sure to pick up groceries on the way if you plan on making breakfast since there are no grocery stores nearby. Closest one is a gas station that has very basic groceries and is an hour away. Self check in, clear instructions will be sent 24 hours in advance. Only one luggage stand provided to place one small luggage, so one issue is there is nowhere to store/lay another luggage if traveling as a couple so pack light or keep stuff under the bed or in your car. But we will definitely stay again someday!

Clean, modern, great energy! Even the sweetest dog greeting. Our hosts were super helpful and the view of the glacier was impressive and calming at the same time. They had details like a skylight with an automated shade and an outdoor electric plug and each unit feels private. Would recommend. Just 30 min or so to diamond beach and 30 min or so to Hofn.

This stay was beautiful! The room was cozy and clean and the views were lovely! I could have stayed there many more nights. Just be sure to bring food with you otherwise you’ll have to drive 30 minutes or so. Would definitely recommend :)

Great property to stay at if you plan on driving to the east side of Iceland. Super quiet. The facilities were well kept and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Grocery shopping and gas wasn’t too far away in Hofn. Great views out the window !

Sehr gemütliche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Mehr Privatsphäre wünschenswert, man fühlt sich gezwungen alle Rollos herunterzulassen... Fläche (Küche und Räume) sehr eng. Der nächste Nachbar ist direkt angrenzend (sehr hellhörig). Keine Rollos/Milchglas im Bad.
