For credit card pre-authorizations, this is a temporary hold and not an actual charge. The held amount will be released by your bank after check-out, which may take up to 7 working days, depending on bank processing timelines.
In case the deposit is not paid at check-in, a credit card pre-authorization for the applicable amount may be processed. If neither option is feasible for you, we will be having no options to post the charges in your room folio, we kindly request that all incidental expenses be settled directly at the respective outlets at the time of service.
Refund Policy: Any unused balance from the deposit paid via card, bank transfer, or payment link will be refunded through bank transfer or cheque to the registered account. Kindly note that cash refunds are not available.
The property does not have twin bed rooms, only king bed rooms.
This is a non-smoking property.
To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, we request a refundable deposit of INR 2,000 per person per night at the time of check-in for any incidental charges during your stay. This deposit can be paid via card, secure payment link, or hotel QR code, and will be used to cover any additional services such as food & beverages, laundry, or other incidental expenses during your stay.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
