After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant, but I took the risk, to my surprise, the rooms are the biggest in this class, and there is also a bathroom if you want to stay outside of the city limits. Great place, big clean rooms, good places to eat, Metro station is less than he approves, overall this place will be a happening place after renovations, could see daily renovations during my 7 day stay.

Although the rooms are nice, they lack sight. When I asked for firsthand knowledge, they gave me only a tiny cotton-thin cotton. After I had booked my train ticket, I asked where is Ernakulam town station. When I arrived at the station, the front desk told me to go to the south train station. They told me that Ernakulam town station is in the north, so I moved once more. So, this feedback is for improvement.

All in all, our entire group enjoyed the stay, come back to this hotel and also recommend it to others. The doorman gave us a warm greeting and gre welcomed us with a welcome drink and a cold towel, the receptionist would have anticipated our arrival and had the room key ready. After barely one minute they finished the checking process, they returned to our room on the 12 th level, the rooms were large and had a view of the city, the ambiance was pleasant, the washrooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. Stayed for three days, the staff was very courteous, the breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, the food was excellent, and the service was excellent. We had a meeting in their conference hall, and their team provided excellent service.

Emerald hotel, located near a villa, good and most useful facilities in the room, excellent customer service from receptionist to room cleaners, 1800 per day is expensive compared to nearby hotels but the facilities are great.
