I have a fantastic experience here, as the rooms are clean and decorated with a star hotel feel. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The receptionists, named Hail and Silva are friendly and very helpful. The value for money is very good, I can only recommend this place.

This hotel is quite good if you want to stay in London. There is mold on the sides. The staff is nice and even offered me a late checkout fee which seemed a good option. The room and bed were both clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

All were well except for the room with no windows. The room was the most compact one as was the bathroom. Nearby Lulus Mall, after hotel. Good staff, parking is provided. Good service. The bathroom is small.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible, just your run of the mill budget hotel. The parking situation is very difficult though due to the proximity to a big shopping mall. There is no (legal) parking near the hotel. I ended up parking about a 10min walk away. Maybe just parking overnight in the mall might have been a better option.

Great location if shopping at Lulu Mall. Parking is 5 min walk in a public space shared with pay and display facility. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Plenty of room for improvement though.

Place is nothing like what they advertise in the pictures. Place smells like a smoking (cigarette) zone and A/C doesn’t work properly. Bed linen seems old untidy and the staff could have been more friendly and decent

Horrible place to stay. Cockroaches, stained chairs, dirty sheets (they just tucked back the sheets after the previous guest left). The springs in the mattress were so loud and uncomfortable. I wouldve slept on the floor if it wasn't for the cockroaches. They don't change the sheets in the afternoon unless we ask them to. A leading web search shows this hotel is a 4-star. This hotel is 2star at best and it's better to call them directly and book. They offered me less than half the price first because they didn't know my booking was prepaid.

It was a good experience in the first few days. After that they did not even clean the room and toilet properly. The breakfast was restricted with only few rotis for us. Others guests were provided as much as they wish. The last day there was a bun with fungus which was there for the breakfast.
