City Shelter - Studio with all basic amenities

- Check out strictly before 11 AM IST. for any delay please do inform the host beforehand and would be chargeable.
Guests are requested to do their housekeeping and the house should be returned in the same condition as it was while taken.
- Parking a car would not be an issue but will be outside the property.
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Guests need to pay 100 INR as standard Garbage man fees. Irrespective of the length of stay.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
do not leave the property dirty and untidy. Any such instance will be reported to agoda for further action.
-Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit (if any) amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to agoda.
- (strictly) Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout.
- No illegal substances (Drugs and weapons)
- Check-in is flexible.
- The most important rule: have fun!
