The property is conveniently located in the White Town area. However, the staff who run the operation are completely unprofessional. They don't understand anything beyond their native tongue, which makes it very difficult for guests to communicate. We arrived in the afternoon and were given the keys. We had to pull the luggage ourselves, and no waiter moved even though they were on the scene. The room is ok, and they provide the basic amenities. It is advised to carry your toiletries along with a tooth kit. Breakfast spread is only and only south Indian and no bread was available from day to day. We had to argue with them to get a piece of bread from them. Since there is no other option, they force you to eat idle and portal. The staff cannot speak English or hindi, which was literally pulling out hairs! But their housekeeping is good, and they change bedsheets and towels every day. They offer 1 lkr packaged water every day. We didn't dare try any of their other foods because we thought we wouldn't be able to eat. But the area has many options for you, with choices from Mexican to Italian, continental, chinese, and Indian. However, Indian dishes frequently include curry leaves.

This is a place I booked last minute, so I got the higher price, they did not show us the good room at first, after lots of argument and gave me a different room with some light.

This place is suitable for staying for one or two days if you don't want to stay at a resort. This place is very comfortable to stay. The room is clean and well-lit. In the room, there is a good AC. The location is in the city center, in the middle of the city.
