☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds). ON REQUEST, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
 
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

→ STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. Goa law prohibits loud music, drums, fireworks, and excessive noise from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We respect our senior citizen neighbours and maintain a quiet environment after 9:00 PM.
→ Management is not responsible for loss/theft. Please use the digital safe for valuables
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager

The Chef will take all cooking orders (Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking)  and  will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner is from 8pm to 10pm. The chef will only do the cooking and may be accompanied by a helper based on the size of your group. After 10pm overtime charges to be paid to the chef directly.

Party Room -The new PARTY ROOM in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, a stage, a great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 7 pm to 4 am.  You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
