Although this may not be expected, I can honestly say that the hotel staff will do everything they can to assist you at no charge and their concern is undoubtedly your stay quality. The location is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the central bus stand and locals are really friendly. When we arrived at hotel chakra, my girlfriend and I were immediately impressed with everything from the service and attitude of the employees and owners to the cleanliness and presentation of the bedrooms. Our room was spotless and the shower was hot. The owner allowed us to check in early at no extra charge when we arrived at 70 am as he had no other guests in the room. Additionally, he allowed us a late check out as a courtesy to our follow on bus was scheduled to leave at rp. While this shouldnt be expected, I can honestly say that the staff at the hotel will do everything they can to help you out at no cost and their concern is essentially the quality of your stay. The wifi wasnt the best in the world, but it wasnt usable and I would stay there again in an upcoming stay in a city.

I will recommend this place to you who are looking for somewhere to stay. The place is in a lively district with many food stores, tea stands and rickshaws, but it's still quiet at night even with windows open. The owner, Vishal, and his staff will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as they can. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well done.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice and clean rooms and very helpful guys working there. One of the guys at the reception gave me all kinds of information about the visit, food, transportation and the prices. Highly recommended to others.
