Our experience was quite disappointing. When we made the booking, the hotel name was shown as Decent Premier, but when we reached the location, the property was named Decent Suites. This was confusing and made us unsure whether we had arrived at the correct hotel. To make matters worse, after reaching the hotel, the receptionist initially could not find our booking details, which made the check-in process stressful and inconvenient. The room was also not as clean as we expected, and the housekeeping standards could definitely be improved. Another major inconvenience was that outside food was not allowed, so guests could not order from Zomato or other food delivery apps. Overall, there were several issues with the booking experience, check-in, cleanliness, and food options. I hope the management addresses these concerns to provide a smoother and more comfortable experience for future guests.
