It was clean and budget hotel. However, it's okay, near some good food. The staff was friendly but we didn't like the manager, he wore glasses and we thought he was very pompous and arrogant. We've been traveling around India for a month and he was the only one to make me complete all the paperwork and it took an hour to even get a room.

The location is right next to the metro and train station, and you can also plan your trip around the jailer or the hotel staff, who are also helpful in planning your trip. I wish there were some friends or relatives to stay here.

I always go to hotel for conferences I'm a frequent visitor of Ganga Hotel. Always comfortable room, good metro view, friendly personnel ready to help food, also very testy breakfast lots of things to take staff always treating like family we always organized meeting here enjoy overalls

We went to jailer with friends last month, it's a memorable place, our budget was low so we get it only 450 is in online offer, hotel was no so wifi but good for stay, food they provided is not good but we have many options to eat out. Rooms are big and clean.

The hotel is located in a poor quarter surrounded by a couple of mechanic workshop. Room is ok, but just cold or a little warm water. The only reason to book this hotel is an overnights stay for railways connection.

1) The hotel is located in a filthy lane. 2) The hotel staff are not cordial- the person at the reception said that he is giving me the best Non A/c room (I booked non AC). The room was Damp, the lighting was very dim, it felt sad. The fan made a creaking sound when turned on. There was not window in the room, so no fresh air. The TV did not work. They advertised to provide free Wi-Fi .. well the signal did not reach the room. To top it all the bathroom was heaven for Cockroaches. As soon as I opened the bathroom door the a 10-15 cockroaches started roaming around. 3) The owner tries to pursuade you at any given chance to take his car for sightseeing, which is exorbitantly charged.
