A good hotel in a great location. The rooms are compact and comfortable, with well-appointed toilets. The only drawback was the absence of an electric kettle in the room, which was especially welcome in the winter. Room service is quick. Buffet breakfast at this place if extra items must be ordered separately. Most tourist attractions are nearby, and Gandhi Chow, a city center that is accessible on foot, is nearby. There is transport or public transportation just across the street. The hotel has excellent restaurants, both standalone units and veg non-veg options. When we wanted to try some regional cuisine, the restaurant's floor manager gave us excellent suggestions.

We booked a taxi to the airport from this hotel and the driver was very rash, fortunately our family and my daughters were also hit by a major accident. So I advise you to book an airport transfer from another taxi instead of a hotel taxi.

Having a restaurant which is run professionally and in a wonderful location, this hotel is good for business travellers. The rooms are compact and comfortable with well-appointed bathrooms. The absence of an electric kettle in the room is the only drawback, which would have been helpful in the winter particularly. Room service is quick. If you need extras, there is a buffet breakfast at this location. Nearly all tourist attractions are close by, including Gandhi Chow, the city centre and walking distance. Across the street, transportation or public transportation is readily accessible. The hotel has some good restaurants with independent units as well as vegetarian alternatives. When we wanted to try some local cuisine, the restaurant's floor manager had some great suggestions.

I booked a taxi in the hotel to the airport, the driver was so rash, luckily my family and daughter had a major accident, so I would suggest booking an airport transfer from another cab instead.

Overall Okay. Breakfast spread was decent with limited options. They didn't accept online offer booking. Had to face challenges. Hotels.com reservation team helped out in that situation.

The location was good, middle of the city but their service was terrible this time. During check in they room was smelling bad, someone has smoked in at the room and they have policy not to smoke at room. they had dirty pillow cover and quilt, they have no arrangements for mosquito coil or machine. When i asked for hot water they said restaurant close hone ke bad kuch Nahi milega. They were not able to get any service.
