Very good room with great views. Great for groups. Good location, 10 minute's walk to mall road. Rooms need to be cleaner. They clean if you ask. Nice hospitality. Hotel is nearby. Can be stayed here.

I spent my time there last week with my family and it was wonderful. Rooms have mountain views, but the rooms have a beautiful view. The staff's cuisine was excellent, and it was a homemade meal. I was never expecting the home-cooked food of the fund here, which was delicious. If you want to stay at the management visit, I'd like to be safe with them all because they were very pleasant and made me feel at home. The manage mall road is close by and is just a short walk away. The personnel at the hotel, which is named Monarch, are also available.

The trip was wonderful, thanks to the package that the travel agency has given. I recommend just going to the place after getting updated about the weather. If you want to see snowfall.

I met a hotel accident in management, the hotel owner came to the site and completed all the necessary paperwork to complete medical help. This is very rare for service providers. The best hospitality from the owner and staff. Guru yer.

If you want to enjoy your stay in manage, don't hesitate to contact another hotel. The trip was over three nights from our modern travels. We stayed at the Monarch Hotel. The rooms are attractive, and the views from the rooms are fantastic mountain views. Every day, we experienced a lot of challenges. There was a power outage for all night, but they hadn't started the do set, despite numerous requests and simply arguing for not starting the do set and that the do set was operating in the adjacent hotel without any problems. We received no hot water in the bathroom every day. They charged us 50 dollars per bucket for hot water. There isn't a kettle in the room. Even the solar electric heater for hot water was not switched. We have an electric room heater, and for that they have changed the 500 is. They said the rates were for 24 hours, and the second day, they informed us that the charges are for 24 hours, but until check-out time, which is every day and is engaged in discussions with my family. Normal hotels typically settle the charges at check-out, but in this hotel, they took the money on the spot each and every time while providing the service. You must pay 500 per day for the room heater, even if it was not used during the power outage and wasn't even starting the do set. It's been a terrible experience.

Unclean hotel with no concept of housekeeping. The manager has excuse for every short comings like TV not working, fridge not working. No light on mirror in bathroom. Walls not clean and have paan spit marks.No hotel staff available till 9 am.

The rooms were shabby ,not clean. No exhaust fan in bathrooms, no light on mirror. Unserviceable TV. The refrigerator was broken and not working. Pan spit on walls. Window panes not cleaned. No concept of house keeping. Floor matting dirty & torn.
