Everything was ok for the price. The only part we didn’t like was, it is a vegetarian restaurant! On top of it they don’t allow ordering food from outside. That sucked! Other wise it was good 👍

Hotel Nexus. When I first booked a different hotel in lknow with my Indian phone number, they believed I was an Indian citizen and were unable to accept me as a guest when I arrived because they were not authorised to take foreign tourists. The manager there, I. I. International, was really helpful and he also gave me a discount deal at a relatively nearby hotel Nexus. When I got here at the hotel Nexus, the staff showed me the three available rooms and let me choose what I liked. They were all clean, spacious rooms with clean bathrooms. Because I was on my way to Nepal and had mostly visited Nepal to get a priest, I had a problem that I brought to the hotel manager. On the day of my arrival, there was no time to take a priest. Nor could I see anything of lknow before my scheduled departure. The manager, my name was Vaibhaj trow, fixed my trouble by calling around and setting up a do. To come to the hotel in the morning to take the test, and printed out an itinerary of places to see in lknow, and allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout so I could see the sights unimpeded before my nighttrain departure. Good, comfortable, quiet, clean room, and excellent customer service from the very friendly and helpful staff.

I had a great time at the hotel. From valet to check in to cleaner staff they are all very pleasant, efficient, friendly and happy to help. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The bed comfort is amazing. The food quality is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown.

I really liked the amenities. Always underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, comfortable cotton bathrobes, free wifi, flyscreens, and even higher soap dispensers. Cleanliness and hygiene food quality. Value for money. Staff security surveillance in the common area for guest safety. The staff was really friendly and willing to answer any request.

I recently stayed at the Nexus hotel, and we stayed in October 2021, we got a nice big room at a fair price. The facilities are excellent, including my friendly and accommodating employees. On the positive side, the room was kept clean and tidy, as well as the unique kettle and the geyser. It also has good cleanliness. The personnel was pleasant, especially my own. The room maintained well, was very spotless, had good hygiene, and was clean. The hotel is close to Charing Railway Station and offers decent family friendly options. For a reasonable price, the hotel offers tasty Veg foods. On the positive side, while the hotel looks clean and spacious from the inside, the entrances are a bit crowded, the passageways are small and the first glance from the outside is not always a reflection of the hotel's quality. Having an ideal family stay, rest is all good.
