This hotel near jasola is truly exceptional. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the service provided is exceptional, especially for mr. Saurav and sonu from the front office department, who were both extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, sagar and akash from our housekeeping department provided excellent service, highly recommended!.

Imerio hotel is good and the staff are good. Good cleanliness and appollo hospital is very close by. The location is also good, the merimio hotels are nice and have good service.

I spent a few days in delhi and stayed at the hotel the imperio for the second time this month. The hotel has ample room, sytaying lobby on each floor, and an adequate kitchen for guests. There is plenty of room in the spacious rooms. Even the washrooms are not large and have more space than those in other hotels. Very cooperative hotel staff. And particularly the manager of the motel, sonu ji, who takes incredibly proactive measures to meet all guest needs, his kindness and effective communication added ambiance to the stay. We only encountered one issue in our room because the single beds in that room had fewer width. Staff should take heed of this issue and replace the standard beds with softer ones.

Imperio hotel was very accommodating. The hotel has all the amenities a 5 star hotel should have. Large lobby area. Magnificent rooms. I loved it. From one side of the glass window wall, the view was amazing. Breakfast was good. Staff were very humble and friendly. This property is very nice because of its location and staff. Receptionists are very professional and very attentive. Will visit here again soon and recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of city.
