I was on a business trip and also required an early checkin that included boarding for 4 hours. I had no problem waiting and checking in on my time, but they made it quick and made arrangements to check in 4 hour before check out time without any additional fees. On saturday, october 1st, 23rd, we had a birthday party that was attended by around 100 people. The event went smoothly and was wellmanaged by the manager, named tantri. We celebrated our daughters birthday party in the hotels banquet hall. The celebration was memorable because of the support and arrangements made by mr. Amit. There was enough room in this hall for 150 to 200 guests. Our food was prepared to our specifications and it was so delicious that my guests kept saying about the dishes and its delicious taste. Icon by bagini is highly recommended for all the celebrations. We were looking around Kaggadadapura and mahadevapure for some decent halls or restaurants with buffet options for our kids birthday party. I called the available number on the website and was transferred to thanthri, the restaurant manager/in charge, who asked me to pay a visit and followed up with me the next day for my visit. The buffet option we chose was pretty nice and had choose from based on our choice. First, we were given the dining area for the birthday celebration, which had small cake cutting and meeting room restaurant seats for dinner. Thanthrau confirmed the banquet hall was available later, and we moved our party there. It is quite lit up, spacious, easy to access from the ground floor. Buffets of this caliber were wellprepared, but everything was delicious. Khushi decorators set up khushis theme well before the party, so they shared the number for an internal decoration team that had options ranging from 1500 to 35000. Everything was planned on event, yet there was not if anything was tasty. A buffet of such remuneration exceeded my expectations. Only positive feedback was received from our guests about the food. I highly recommend this place for any family event. Had held my daughters half saree ceremony with 130 guests. The function hall was very spacious and guests had a great time. Also, the hotel had plenty of parking space. Mr. Tantri provided excellent service and responded quickly. Food served was delicious and prepared according to the requirements. Kudos chef. My daughter and i celebrated our first birthday here with around 50 people. The food is delicious, the price is also affordable, and there is plenty of parking. Tantri ji manages the activity very well not much to tell him about everything he does. I will recommend people to use this place for such events. I had the pleasure of celebrating my daughters first birthday last Sunday with a group of 50 people. The party hall provided ample space, and my guests were thoroughly pleased with the location and the culinary preparation. They offered affordable food plates and menus, offering utmost convenience. Additionally, there is ample parking available, accommodating more than 30 cars. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager, staff, cook, for their attentive response. Hotel infra needs a lot of improvement, the tv is old and there is no smart internet. The hotel is trying to be 3 stars but it fits 2 stars. Food is also not great, but the staff made sure to fix it. Staff service is excellent as they realize the gaps and try to overcome them by proactively supporting coming forward and helping with any issues. They also have sanitized me, so i stayed back. Restaurant staff Amit and team were excellent. Ac didnt work three times during my stay, gentle lady shruti helped me out by setting up cc repairs and resolving issues when she was having trouble with the air conditioning. I only intend to stay here again. I had a wonderful experience staying for three or four days on my business trip. The room was fantastic. My office needed to hold client meetings there, and the location was ideal for that. Breakfast has dozens of options, as well as room service for lunch and dinner. Ms. Sruthi deserves special recognition for her excellent assistance in making room reservations and setting up office taxis during my stay.
