Very excellent location, only 2km from the airport. The staff are very nice people. Our flight was delayed for an hour plus and the person waiting to pick us up for their free transport from the airport to the hotel didn't even complain. When we arrived at the hotel, most of their staff came to greet us. They helped us carry our bags to our rooms. They even offered to give us a morning call as our flight the next morning is very early. The next morning, the transport to the airport was very punctual. The rooms are ok and clean enough. But there are a lot of mosquitoes. But all in all, it's a good hotel and if I do transit in Chennai again, i'll be sure to stay here again

I stayed here because I was arriving into Chennai after midnight. The free airport pick-up was the draw. You may have to email to confirm it, but the response was very quick, so no problems there. The hotel is a too far from the city center to be conducive to good touring, but makes a great Airport link.

Stayed from 3pm to midnight to nap between planes. Transportation to and from the airport was provided and worked well. The room was near the street and so fairly noisy, but it was mostly midday after all. We had an air-conditioned room, but it was not clear the air conditioner was working properly. In any case the overhead fan was all that was needed. I'd stay again.

1층이어서 화장실 냄새가 났지만 친절한 직원의 응대...무엇보다고 공항 까지 무료로 택시 샌딩....마말라푸람에서 탐바람까지 버스로 연결한 후 탐바람에서 파라발라부람까지 전철....파라발라푸람 전철역에서 도보 10분 정도 위치...주변에 큰 시장이 있음...

I landed at KEK for 3 nights coming fromthe US just because it was convenient and cheap. But it was also very clean and the staff wad very friendly and helpful. The WIFI worked good, but request a room closer to the wifi radio and it will be stringer. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

As a single man looking for an experience, then this place is great. It's right in the heart of an impoverished area. But that's how I wanted it. The staff were more than helpful when I wanted to buy certain items, and then again when wanting to sight-see. Their own taxi drivers are cheap but speak little English, so it was hard to communicate exactly what I wanted to do.

Since our work is at the airport, the complementary pick up and drop as well as the location means a lot for us. That's the reason we prefer staying despite having a larger spending budget. But the lack of good eating options is a serious issue. The hotel has been promising that they will open a pantry shortly. The area is a wholesale market and an industrial belt. So it definitely is not pleasant area, but the upside is that there area is never deserted at any time of day or night.

This was just a stop over between flights for me. Hotel is convenient to the airport. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating...even tho I had a late arrival (after 9pm) and a 4:30am departure for the airport!!
