There is a beautiful and serene location surrounded by nature. The Backwaters Experience and the activities at the resort were excellent and fantastic. Very good hospitality and amenities. Overall a wonderful experience.

We stayed for one night and we had four of us with kids and two families. The resort, events, and restaurant hours were very pleasant, and Ken was very kind and told us everything we needed to know about the resort, activities, and locals. Even though there were no complaints, the meal could be a bit better under consideration of the price. We were charged 600 for lunch and dinner. The first day's service was excellent, courteous, and pleasant. Breakfast on the second day was a complete mess.. The restaurant's occupancy was too little to accommodate their in-house size. The breakfast meal wasn't particularly outstanding, and the attitude of the staff when we asked for something was also unhelpful. It was a huge letdown. The privacy of fishing or boating in front of the cottage always disturbed. The room was tidy, and the bathroom was clean, but there wasn't enough water flow for a shower. External upkeep could be improved.. We had four people with two families with children. From the time of arrival, the boat people were really friendly, and the community was very nice. Ken was incredibly kind and explained everything about the resort, activities, and restaurant opening times, and it was a valuable resource. The lunch I dinner went well, but the food could be better when looked at the costs. It cost us $660 for lunch and dinner

Excellent island retreat with many palm trees, water bodies, and bridges all around. There are a ton of enticing green plants and trees on the property. The rooms are constructed in the traditional herald tharavadu manner. Linen and towels were clean and fresh. Bathrooms were spotless and well-kept. Antique furniture was restored. Food is decent but a bit pricey. Calls are not answered quickly at the front desk. They are arrogant and irritating. However, the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere overrides all of these drawbacks. The resort managers, my ken, and joe, deserve special recognition for their warmth and assistance they provided. This is a must-see location because no other resort in this area of Herald offers such an amazing view.

This place is very impressive. After a time of pilgrimage from Shivamalla, the five of us stayed in two rooms. They provided us with a luxurious room with a view of the river. The rooms were tidy and well-kept. When I checked, my ken, who is the property manager, took us to our respective rooms and told us about the property. As far as the stay is concerned, I am sure one will not regret it. Second, with other factors such as service, food quality, responsiveness of staff, especially the managers, etc., it will completely ruin the good things mentioned above. Which means all other services were awful. Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am. Even if you see the standard industry standard the breakfast starts at 8 am. At lunchtime, there is a complete chaos of basic items like milk for cereal is missing, cutlery is missing, and tissue paper is missing. It's 8 am that hasn't been served since the entire buffet has been laid out. This is also a common circumstance because it is used with idle dosa. I am not sure if my expectations are high. We didn't see my ken during our two days there. Benji, who is also the manager, was on duty and had very limited access. The food also has a good atmosphere and excellent food. We all depart to relax and get out

We had the great chance to spend December 2022 as a pair at this wonderful resort. Having previously visited herald, we had already visited Gunnar and thekkady and had planned to explore the backwaters in a location not too far from Mochi. Previous, we had stayed at Vasundhara Samovar and had also undertaken a house boat tour. This time, we were privileged to secure a reservation at this charming scenic resort, which is only around 1.5 hours from the mochi airport and is surrounded by riven waters. The rooms, especially the deluxe rooms, have balconies directly on the lake, which allows us to capture magnificent sunrise sunrise photos. My ken, remi, and turin were all very well taken care of by the employees. The overall staff is exceptionally helpful and not intrusive, but they perform their duties nicely. We had delicious seafood dishes, including fish, crab, and pomfret, which had to be ordered in advance. Because we are avid birders, we planned a morning walk with my rent, who is also knowledgeable, and we were able to see and observe a number of birds including some exciting new ones. One may do plenty of activities, including pedal boating, kayaking, and fishing. They organize a free evening boat ride along the shoreline, where visitors can relax by the shore
