To ensure all our guests enjoy a peaceful, authentic, and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

🏠 General Conduct & Respect

Noise Policy: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Remember, we are located within a traditional village with local residents.

Respect the Village Path: The 5-minute walk to the property goes through a local residential area. Please respect the privacy of the host families and neighbors while walking the path.

Smoking Policy: You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas or the garden, and please ensure all butts are disposed of safely in provided bins.

No Illegal Activity: Any illegal activities, including the use of narcotics, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

🍽️ Food, Fire & Kitchen

Homemade Food: We are delighted to provide homemade food. We kindly request that you inform us of your meal requirements (Breakfast, Dinner) well in advance (ideally 2-3 hours) to allow us time to prepare fresh ingredients.

Barbeque & Bonfire: The use of the Barbeque/Grill and Bonfire facilities is chargeable and must be coordinated with the host family for safety and setup. Do not start fires without assistance.

Kitchen Use (Family Rooms): If you are staying in a Family Room with a kitchen, please ensure the kitchen is kept clean after use.

🌳 Property & Nature

Orchards & Gardens: Please enjoy the Apple Orchards and Fruit Gardens, but refrain from plucking fruits or damaging the plants. Ask a host if you wish to sample anything.

Wildlife: As we are close to nature, please keep windows/doors closed after dark to prevent insects from entering.

Waste Disposal: Please help us keep the farmstay clean by using the designated bins for all waste.
