Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or well-being of others.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management.

From Nepali Farm, grab an auto to Janki Setu for INR 70 (day) or INR 120 (night), or a cab to the property for INR 1000 - INR 1500.
Cabs are pricier due to route restrictions and one-way roads near Laxman Jhula, with parking near the police station. Taxi unions also limit cab access.

Parking is not available at the property; however, paid parking is available just 150 meters from the property.
Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. A penalty of INR 2,000 per incident may apply for violations. Repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well-suited for young backpacking travellers. As a brand, we do not recommend families and do not allow all those below 18 years of age to stay with us, nor do we allow admission of kids or infants under 18 years old, even if travelling with legal guardians.

The Hosteller Myngl Cafe serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit, we promote self-service in all our cafes. Cafe timing: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM and 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Cafe timings may vary.

Silent hours: 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM
Visitor timing: 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
Non resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms).

We kindly request guests to refrain from drug, alcohol use. Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted.

We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.

Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. Modifications to the booking are allowed only within 60 minutes of the reservation. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.

Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveller preferences. Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.

Right to admission is reserved.
To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
