The Penthouze - House rules
*Please keep dry and wet waste separately*(most important)
Maintain cleanliness
Turn off all lights and fans or ACs when not in use or when you leave
Music not allowed post 11pm
Noise and chaos not allowed post 11pm
*Balance amount has to be paid on arrival itself*
*Share all guest's IDs before arrival*
No extra guest allowed (other than number of people agreed)
Park your vehicle in designated parking only
Refundable deposit of 4000 has to be paid at the time of arrival (which will be refunded post checkout)
Utensils cleaning by maid is chargeable
Early check-in and late check-out chargeable @500/- per hour
Normal check-in time - 01pm
Normal check-out time - 11am
*Please be informed that in the event of any violation of the house rules, either a penalty upto INR 4000/- will be charged, or immediate vacation from the premises will be required. Your cooperation in adhering to the rules is greatly appreciated.*
