1. Check-in & Check-out: Please follow the confirmed check-in and check-out timings. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Guest ID: All guests must provide valid government-issued ID as required by applicable regulations.

3. Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay. Please inform us in advance about any additional visitors.

4. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events are strictly not permitted.

5. Quiet Hours: Please maintain low noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and respect other residents.

6. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment.

7. No Illegal Activities: Any illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited.

8. Care for the Property: Please use the furniture, appliances, linens, and other facilities responsibly. Guests may be charged for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

9. Kitchen Use: Please clean utensils and the cooking area after use. Do not leave food waste or unwashed dishes behind.

10. Safety: Please switch off lights, AC, appliances, and other electrical equipment when leaving the apartment.

11. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by the host before booking.

12. Waste Disposal: Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and avoid littering inside or around the property.

13. Security: Do not share access codes, keys, or security information with anyone who is not part of the reservation.

14. No Commercial Use: The property cannot be used for commercial activities, photo/video shoots, or content production without prior approval.

15. Respect the Neighbours: Please remember that this is a residential property. Avoid excessive noise or any behaviour that may disturb other residents.
