The location is great because close to the subway and the rp. I spent the day there and saw the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are sufficient. The maintenance of the bathroom may be better. The breakfast could be served at 7.30 a.m. instead of the usual 8 a.m. and better organized with options clearly shown and served in the restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and the food was really good and delivered to our rooms bathroom and the room was very clean and hygienic. The hotel helped us booking bus tickets very good value for money, very reasonable rates with the quality of the room

We used it as our base in India, returning 3 times during our trip. The room was beautiful and spotless and the bathroom was clean, the service was friendly and the location was great to explore Delhi.

I stayed here for ten nights, I originally found a good deal online for a large room, but it was canceled because the hotel is no longer part of the Freebo trend chain. What I got was a small room that cost 30 more than the online price. When I went to pay, I was then told there was a tax on top, oh and the card machine didn't work so I had to pay cash. The card machine did work, so the tax probably was intended as a cash tip for the staff. The other staff were fantastic, but the rest are completely ignored. My air conditioner wasn't working, and when the one decent staff member finally came to investigate it was, as it appeared, completely cluttered with dirt without any maintenance for years. There was also no soundproofing between my room and the next, and the bathrooms were linked by a flimsy partition, so you could hear everything. There was only one charging outlet available, and the room was tiny. Other than that, it was fine, but there are better options nearby, so I won't be returning.

The service was outstanding, and everything was in a great location. I had a very good time during my stay, staying at the same hotel from the past 45 years. The quality of the service was also very excellent.
