Pets are welcome at no extra charge in private rooms only (not permitted in dorms). Meals for pets are available at an additional cost.

- Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at the property , with or without guardians. Furthermore, this property does not recommend their property to families.

- Property only accepts a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in

- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the property campus.

- Property does not provide luggage assistance or room services.

- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.

- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.

- The right to admission is reserved.

Important note for extremely cold months of operation (roughly November-March):
- Room heaters and bonfires are available on request and will be provided on a chargeable basis.

In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
The property falls between Kullu and Manali and is 9 km from Naggar.
By Bus: Take the bus from Delhi to Manali and drop off at Dobhi village (by the bridge). The nearest bus stands are Manali and Kullu, 22 km and 20.5 km respectively, from the property.
From Shimla Railway Station: 220 km, 7 hours, ~INR 8,000-10,000 for a cab to the property.
From Bhuntar Airport: 31 km, 1 hour, ~INR 2,000 for a taxi to the property.
By Car: Drive on NH3 towards Manali. From Dobhi, take the left diversion towards Fojal Road and carry on for about 2 km. The property should be visible from there.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
