Zostel Mumbai - Hostel

All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.
As per local authority guidelines, we will not be able to host guests holding Pakistani or Bangladeshi nationality.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
Please note that parking at Zostel Mumbai is limited. Travellers are advised to check availability in advance.
The minimum age required to stay at this property is 18 years.
The property does not allow joiners or visitors.
The property is unable to guarantee that all beds booked for group bookings will be in the same hostel room.
The property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. In case of a group of 3 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
To maintain a comfortable environment for other in-house guests, stays longer than 7 nights are not permitted at this property. Any extension on the stay is subject to request, availability, and the property's decision.
We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at check-in. Guests below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay, with or without guardians. We do not recommend Zostel Mumbai for families or travelers above 45, as the hostel’s atmosphere is better suited for a younger crowd.

On Military Road, take a left onto the lane opposite the Maserati showroom– the lane curves towards the right. After ~200 m, you will spot Zostel Mumbai on the left.

-By rail:
From Andheri Railway Station (East side): 6 km, ~INR 80 for an auto ride to Zostel Mumbai.
From Kurla (East): 8 km, ~INR 180.
From Metro Station (Marol Naka): 2 km, INR 20 by an auto.

-By Air:
From T1, Domestic Airport: 8 km; INR 150-200 taxi/auto to Zostel Mumbai.
From T2, International Airport: 4 Km; INR 80-100 by taxi/autorickshaw to Zostel.

For inter-state travelers - All guests travelling from another state to Maharashtra are required to present a negative RT-PCR report not older than 48 hours upon entering the state.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
