It is strategically located in the middle of a rock tourism city, precisely in the Villa Parama Panderman Hill complex, Cluster Exotic No. 4. Jl. Sirsat, Oro-oro Ombo, Batu City. Close to Batu Night Spectacular (BNS) and Jatim Park Group tours.

Villa Ravindra is a new building with modern minimalist architecture that provides comfort for guests. In the courtyard of the villa, guests can park directly in front of the villa so it's easy to bring luggage into the villa. Before entering the villa, guests will be greeted by a private pool which is located in an outdoor area equipped with a water fall which makes the atmosphere cooler and the sound of rushing water which makes the atmosphere of rest more relaxed. Then at the main door already using the smart door, just enter the 6 digit number (PIN) given by the manager to enter the villa.

On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 beds measuring 120×200 cm which is enough for 2-4 people with a direct view of the pool, equipped with some furniture such as a cupboard, mirror, table and chairs. Still on the first floor, there is 1 bathroom equipped with a water heater, shower, sink and toiletries.
