It consists of 8 individually appointed suites, 4 brand new (completed in September 2023) studio rooms and 4 guesthouse bedrooms with a swimming pool, shared kitchen and plenty of communal space. You will also be able to watch your favourite shows and enjoy movie nights on our big screen and 4K projector and indulge in the surround sound of our Sonos system.

There is a separate TV room and adjoining ground floor bedroom (bedroom 5) that is accessed off the lounge and dining area to create an oasis for kids to enjoy their own space, or adults to relax and unwind.

The first floor of Villa Luja is home to four spacious bedrooms featuring king size beds in 3 rooms, bunk beds (2 rooms). Bedroom 1 and 4 include a smart TV, and all 4 bedrooms on the first floor include an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has access to a bathroom and outdoor shower.
