Cozy 1 BR Bungalow With Garden View IR11A
Nusantara Loft Rote by Alfred in Bali
The space
Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, a desk, high ceilings, and air conditioning.
The private pool area is directly accessible from the enclosed living area through large sliding glass doors. The wooden pool deck with sun loungers is the perfect spot to relax on a hot Bali day with a view of your private pool and the lush greens of the garden.
Daily housekeeping is provided. The manager can help arrange breakfast, lunch, or dinner for you for a small surcharge. Please contact him at least a day in advance for options and pricing. He will also assist you with any questions and scooter/car rental, massages, restaurant visits, high chairs and baby beds, taxi rides, and more.
We are looking forward to welcoming you soon!
Guest access
As the property is located on the same street as heavy construction, the road access is bumpy, not smooth, and perfect. It is not asphalt/paved, could be muddy after a long rain, and has potholes here and there.
The car parking is not available at the villa. The parking space is fit for scooters only.
Other things to note
*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.
