Tucked away at the end of a quiet rural lane in the district of Canggu, Villa LuWih is located just a stone’s throw from the dramatic black sands and rolling waves of Pererenan Beach – one of Bali’s most popular surfing spots. The villa is also just a short drive from trendy Echo Beach (7km) with its beachfront bars, restaurants and surf shops. Heading slightly further south down the coast is the fascinating museum-hotel Tugu, which is well worth dropping into for drinks or dinner. Villa LuWih is approximately mid-way between the sacred Tanah Lot beach temple (10km), and the sophisticated shopping and dining centre of Seminyak (13km).

Pererenan Beach in Canggu on Bali's southwestern coast is famous for its rolling surf – framed to perfection through walls of glass on all three floors of Villa LuWih. Sunsets don't get better than from the upper level glass-fronted swimming pool or the decked sitting room with doors flung open to the view. And they're pretty spectacular from the main pool below, the garden bar, living room… even the state-of-the-art media room with it 60-inch TV.

Canggu 2Plex is a complex of 12 loft units located in North Canggu. Each loft has a private entrance and features a kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a living room on the ground floor. The mezzanine level houses the bedroom, which is furnished with a 180x200 cm bed and luxurious 5-star linens and pillows. At the back, each loft includes a charming private garden with a plunge pool. The sliding doors to the garden can be fully opened or closed to suit your preference.

House Rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 

2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.

3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.

4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.

5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.

8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 

9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.

10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.

12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.

14. Complimentary on-site parking is available for motorbikes / scooters only. Please note that our parking area is not suitable for cars. However, cars may still access the property for drop-off and pick-up purposes. Advance reservation for the parking space is needed.

15. Important Check-in Requirement
In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration form during the check-in process with our villa team.
Please ensure the following details are prepared:
- Passport / ID details for all guests
- Visa type and expiry date for all guests
- Contact number of the main guest
