We stayed for 2 nights and it was a good experience. The staff is very friendly, the food is good even with just mi goreng, the room is clean and there is hot water. Very good for a new cottage. Recommended. Will definitely be back.

The location is good, the swimming pool is compact and good, the place is well maintained. Some basic amenities in the room can be added like a kettle, the cupboard is not maintained and there is less space to store things. Overall it is good to stay.

Kami datang langsung ke tempat dan melihat apakah ada kamar kosong dan setelah mengkonfirmasi bahwa ada kamar kosong, kami bisa langsung check-in dibantu oleh Mbak Wayan untuk menaruh koper dan kami langsung pergi ke Nusa Penida. Mbak Wayan juga sangat responsif terhadap pertanyaan kami dan kami tidak merasa diperlakukan berbeda dengan turis bule seperti yang banyak dilaporkan akhir-akhir ini. Lokasinya berada di tengah Nusa Penida sehingga cocok jika ingin kemana-mana. Kami malah menjadi turis pertama yang datang ke Tree House Raja Lima. Sangat bagus. Tidak ada orang sama sekali di sana!

Kami memesan kamar di sini selama 4 hari. Setelah pemesanan kami, kami langsung menghubungi hotel untuk menanyakan apakah kami memerlukan transfer dari pelabuhan, yang dikonfirmasi lagi pada hari kedatangan. Ketika kami tiba di pelabuhan, tidak ada seorang pun dari hotel di sana dan tidak ada seorang pun yang dapat dihubungi melalui telepon. Kami kemudian mengatur taksi lain yang membawa kami ke akomodasi. Tidak ada staf di properti itu. Seorang gadis kecil yang kebetulan lewat membantu kami menghubungi salah satu staf. Dia datang setelah beberapa menit dan menjelaskan kepada kami bahwa tidak ada kamar yang tersedia. Dia menghubungi pemiliknya, yang sepertinya dia tidak tahu siapa kami selama panggilan telepon. Padahal transportasi dari pelabuhan sudah diklarifikasi 2 jam sebelumnya melalui WhatsApp. Kami tidak menerima permintaan maaf yang serius darinya. Karyawan yang ramah segera mengaturkan kami akomodasi lain di dekatnya. Kami menghabiskan hari-hari di "Sa Garden". Staf di sana memberi kami sambutan hangat. Pemesan berlebih bisa terjadi, tetapi hal seperti ini belum pernah terjadi pada kami.

Saya menyukai tempat ini. Suasana pedesaan yang tenang. Pemandangan indah, kolam renang yang indah, dan staf yang sangat baik. Wanita di resepsi tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris, tetapi dia selalu membalas senyumnya yang indah. Namun, selalu ada staf berbahasa Inggris yang dapat berbahasa Inggris dan selalu dengan senang hati membantu. Kamarnya bagus. Kamar mandinya tidak indah, tetapi memenuhi tujuannya dan bersih. Banyak lalat, terutama saat sarapan, tapi itu ada di Nusa Penida. Saya pribadi akan mengarahkan AC di atas pintu kamar mandi karena angin bertiup langsung ke separuh tempat tidur pada malam hari dan tidak semua orang menyukainya (hanya rekomendasi, bukan keluhan).
