Joi Star, a two floor home, is ideal for a family wanting a relaxed and secure vacation home base, or as a staycation.

Basement - bedroom 3, bathroom 3, bedroom 4 + bathroom 4, semi outdoor kitchen + dining room, unique star pool + succulent garden

You’ll have plenty of choices for a place to talk and laugh over a cup of coffee, or to read a book or two.
Guest access
Please make yourself at home. While our housekeeper’s sanctuary will be accessible from the lobby and laundry area, we would appreciate your respecting their privacy.
Other things to note
1. Please do not smoke inside the house, you can smoke at outdoor area.

2. Note that no pets are allowed due to various backgrounds of our guests. Our apologies. Please ask for our other pet friendly unit.

3. No party, or event is allowed. As we are located within a residential neighborhood, guests are advised to respect the community including not to make noises or disturbances that may create inconveniences or complaints from our neighbors. Our quite time is between 9PM-7AM

4. Please send us a note beforehand if you need a special request such as cooking aids, early check-in/late check-out and bring more than 1 car

Teras Luhur Cafe has been established since June 6 2019, which is located on Jl.  Cinulang Waterfall, Dampit Village, RT.02/Rw.06, Kec.  Cicalengka, Kab.  Bandung, Cafe with a view of beautiful natural scenery, facing Mount Kerenceng, surrounded by expanses of rice fields and all-green trees.

 The Teras Luhur Cafe consists of 5 floors;

 - Ground floor for parking

 - 1st floor is a fishing ground and there are cross-legged and drinking bars

 - 2nd floor where the dining area consists of Lesehan where you can karaoke with a capacity of 25 people and umbrella chairs with a capacity of 35 people and there is a bathroom and a place for payment (Cashier)

 - 3rd floor where the dining area consists of Lesehan where you can karaoke with a capacity of 25 people and umbrella chairs with a capacity of 75 people, there is a prayer room and bathroom

 - On the 4th floor there is a Gazebo with a capacity of 20 people, you can sit on synthetic grass to take selfie photos, an ornamental fish pond

 - On the 4th floor there is a villa (inn) for a maximum capacity of 20 people.

- The displayed rate is calculated based on the number of main adult guests entered at the time of booking (excluding drivers and helpers). Please enter the correct number of main adult guests to see the applicable rate. 

- Any additional adults or discrepancies between the actual and declared guest count will be charged IDR 250,000/person/night, payable at check-in.

- Children (under 13 years old) stay free of charge when sharing existing beds.

- Additional extra beds are available at IDR 250,000/bed/night.

- Complimentary 2 separate rooms for up to 4 drivers/helpers.

- Total maximum guest capacity: 16 adults + children + up to 4 drivers/helpers.

- Guests exceeding the maximum capacity require prior approval and will incur additional charges.
