Hotel ini sangat saya sarankan untuk dikunjungi. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari Bank, Jam Gadang, dan Wisata Jam Gadang. Semua pegawai disini melayani dengan sangat baik hati. Hotel ini juga menyediakan fasilitas yang cukup memadai. Kebersihan hotel ini juga sangat terjaga.

Hotel ini termasuk hotel tua, namun hotel ini masih mempertahankan pelayanan yang baik sehingga para tamu juga mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik. Hotel ini sangat menguntungkan dengan lokasi yang dekat dengan Jam Gadang dan tempat parkir hotel yang luas serta akses masuk hotel yang cukup luas. Hotel ini memiliki banyak kamar dengan harga yang bervariasi dan memiliki restoran dan live music. Hotel ini masih terus melakukan renovasi, semoga musholla dan toiletnya juga ikut direnovasi.

Lokasi hotel cukup strategis, dekat dengan Jam Gadang dan tempat lainnya bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Hotel ini bersebelahan dengan pom bensin. Namun, hotel perlu direnovasi karena kamar, lobi, dan restorannya masih menggunakan peralatan lama. Nasi gorengnya sangat enak.

Kamarnya seperti bintang 5, besar, rapi, dan furniturnya baru. Pelayanannya juga luar biasa ramah. Bagi yang biasa tidak membawa perlengkapan mandi lengkap, harus membeli terlebih dahulu karena peralatan mandi hanya mencakup handuk, sikat gigi, dan sabun. Lokasinya strategis karena dekat dengan jam gadang dan lapangan Yonif untuk berolahraga, serta dekat dengan penjual makanan di malam hari. Namun, ada beberapa kesulitan: Tidak ada telepon di kamar yang menghubungkan ke resepsionis. Sinyal WiFi tidak stabil setelah 2 menit mati dan kemudian sulit untuk terhubung kembali, sulit untuk mendapatkan sinyal M 3. Tidak ada cermin di kamar mandi. Air panas sangat sedikit dan lama keluar di pagi hari.

Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk menginap bersama keluarga atau untuk acara kantor yang ramah di kantong. Saat pertama kali mendengarnya, saya tidak berharap banyak. Ekspektasi saya sama seperti hotel yang sudah "berumur". Namun, ternyata kamarnya cukup bagus, seperti direnovasi. Kamar mandinya juga bersih, ada air panas. Ada banyak ruang terbuka di luar, ruang tengah juga tersedia untuk tamu yang membawa anak-anak. Restoran di tempat makan juga terhubung dengan ruang terbuka. Jadi lebih segar di pagi hari. Ada juga sound system untuk hiburan malam. Untuk menu, rasanya standar. Menu sarapan pagi nasi goreng. Ya, jangan berharap banyak. Hehe. Secara keseluruhan, bangunan hotel ini sudah tua, perlu renovasi di sana-sini yang tentu saja memakan banyak biaya. Jadi kesimpulannya hotel ini layak menjadi pilihan untuk menginap bersama keluarga atau untuk acara kantor yang ramah di kantong.

Saya datang ke sini hanya untuk makan malam dan bernyanyi, saya suka tempat yang private ini. Kemarin saya mengambil tema prasmanan, juara satu saya memberikan menu ayam yang tidak tahu apa-apa, tapi sangat enak, sayangnya pedas, jadi tidak bisa banyak-banyak. Juara kedua adalah mie kungfu, jika tidak apa-apa, itu seperti ifumie. Enak dan banyak sayuran.

Tempatnya memang juara, karena terletak di tengah kota Bukit Tinggi, namun sayangnya pelayanannya tidak terlalu baik. Ketika saya ingin check out, saya memesan air mineral dan CS 1 memberi tahu saya seharga Rp. 7.000. Ketika pesanan CS 2 diserahkan kepada CS 2, dia mengatakan Rp. 10.000. Mereka saling menatap, kamarnya juga tidak terlalu terawat dengan baik.

Lokasi hotel ini tidak jauh dari Jam Gadang yang memudahkan kita untuk berwisata ke Bukittinggi. Selain itu, terdapat halaman parkir yang lapang dan juga lokasi yang dekat dengan pusat kuliner Kota Bukittinggi.

Saya cukup puas menginap di sini. Tersedia shower dengan air panas. Tidak ada bak mandi di kamar yang saya tempati. Ada juga TV LED 21 inch. Ada AC, tapi saya tidak menggunakannya karena udara Bukit Tinggi sudah cukup dingin. Kebersihannya cukup baik.
