The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a water heater, and the downstairs bathroom uses cold water. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking utensils, dining ware, a rice cooker, kettle, and refrigerator. The living area includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

The home accommodates up to 5 guests, and extra beds are available for an additional fee (150K per bed per day, max 2 extra beds). The house has a dedicated parking space for one car. To ensure comfort for all residents in the area, parties, gatherings, outside guests, smoking, and pets are not allowed.
