Kebersihan bagus. Staf sangat support dan cepat, waktu awal sempat ada kendala checkin karena aplikasi error, tapi dibantu manual. Yang harus ditingkatkan: - Fasilitas area parkir sangat terbatas, harus parkir di bagian atas yang cukup jauh. Akses jalannya berbatu. Kurang nyaman untuk mobil. - air kamar mandi dari shower bisa bocor dan mengalir keluar kamar mandi. - wifi lambat. Kadang muncul, kadang hilang. - Order BBQ, harga tidak sebanding dengan jumlahnya. - Fasilitas layar di dekat jendela tidak berfungsi
