Tempatnya nyaman, room service bisa sampai malam dan masakannya enak. Fasilitas bersih dan nyaman. Dekat dengan RS Moewardi, bisa digunakan untuk pengunjung atau penunggu pasien di RS. Dekat dengan Kopi Kenangan, masjid, dan Alfamidi, sehingga kebutuhan belanja dan ibadah juga mudah dilakukan.
