Hotel ini memiliki dua gedung kamar, pertama di pinggir jalan dengan jendela yang menghadap ke Danau Toba (sayangnya kamar ini belum dibuka saat saya ke sini), kedua gedung di dalam, yang tidak memiliki kamar dengan pemandangan langsung ke Danau Toba, kecuali yang paling ujung (kamar khusus dengan dapur). Sedikit tambahan, saya datang ke sini pada Desember 2023, dan mengatakan bahwa hotel ini baru dibuka pada Oktober 2023, jadi ketika saya tiba, beberapa bagian masih dalam pembangunan. Kamar-kamarnya indah, bersih, dan wangi. Suasananya asri, sejuk, meskipun tidak ada AC, tetapi kamarnya sangat dingin. Sarapan (nasi goreng), air mineral gratis, sikat gigi, pasta gigi, handuk, sandal hotel, tisu kamar, dan tisu toilet. Pelayanan ramah, sopan, dan responsif (hanya saat itu tidak ada resepsionis karena masih dalam renovasi, jadi saya harus menghubungi pemiliknya langsung). Ada wastafel, toilet duduk, dan shower panas dingin yang bisa diatur suhunya. Saya di lantai atas, jendelanya sedikit menghadap ke danau, tapi sayangnya tertutup pohon-pohon di depan kamar. Meskipun responnya cepat dan ramah, sayangnya saat itu saya membutuhkan bantuan, tetapi tidak ada orang yang menjaga, jadi saya harus menghubungi sendiri. Masalah air mati di lantai dua, jadi terpaksa mandi di lantai bawah di kamar kosong. Suara dari luar sedikit bocor.

Sangat sangat worth the price, 600K untuk double room dengan 1 double bed dan 2 single bed. kebersihan OK walaupun di beberapa t4 masih ada pasir, tersedia air panas, pasta gigi, sikat gigi, sabun, shampoo, tissue, handuk. Tersedia sarapan. Penjaga kosan sgt baik, kami meminta air panas karena pada saat check in hujan deras dan disediakan dan diantarkan. Kamarnya bagus dan view nya sgt ok, tersedia gazebo dan t4 memandang. Constructive suggestion: 1. Di app disebutkan tersedia wifi, aktual tidak ada, mungkin harus diminta, tp kami check out di pagi hari jadi tidak begitu perlu 2. Jika disediakan TV akan sgt cocok untuk anak2 3. Mungkin bisa disediakan plastik untuk kain kotor 4. Mungkin bisa disediakan meja disamping kasur agar bisa ngcas hp di kamar 5. Mungkin bisa disediakan colokan panjang jadi tidak ngcas diruang tamu Ketenangan di tepi kolam.
