Secara keseluruhan bagus dan kolam renangnya bagus. Tempatnya juga bersih dan terawat dengan baik. Ada juga gym yang bisa menampung 3 per 4 orang. Lokasinya juga enak. Namun, beberapa toko (kecuali Indomaret dan kafe depan) tutup atau belum selesai (seperti karaoke, food court, dan lainnya) Air kerannya juga terasa agak berlendir. Customer service juga sering tidak membalas chat satu hari atau lebih (pada hari kerja) dan datang langsung ke kantor juga tidak bagus. Padahal banyak unit masih belum dihuni, apalagi yang dihuni banyak orang Hal kecil, tapi saya ingin bertanya-tanya mengapa banyak ulasan yang membicarakan "investasi bagus" tetapi jarang membicarakan bagaimana tempatnya ya? Secara keseluruhan bagus dan kolam renangnya juga bagus. Tempatnya juga bersih. Ada juga gym yang bisa menampung 3 per 4 orang. Tempatnya juga sangat bersih. Salah satu apartemen residence di kawasan BSD, tepatnya di seberang Aeon Mall. Untuk pengiriman paket, Anda dapat langsung menitipkannya ke Sekurity dengan alamat yang jelas. Jalan menuju lokasi adalah satu arah, jadi jika ingin ke sana, putar balik setelah Mall Aeon. Jika Anda dari ICE BSD, masuklah ke underpass dan putar di lampu merah.

Apartemennya bagus, hanya saja resepsionisnya perlu mengikuti pelatihan service excellence. Ada pengunjung yang datang berdiri di depan meja, bukannya menyapa atau bertanya ada yang bisa dibantu. Dia hanya diam saja sibuk dengan laptopnya. Saya kira dia sibuk mengurus apa, ternyata harus kita yang bertanya dulu baru dilayani. Oh iya, ini di lobby rose sore.

Tempat tidur dan head pillow-nya juga nyaman. Satu catatan mungkin saatnya mengubah wallpaper di dekat pintu kamar mandi, sudah agak sedikit terkelupas. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang menyenangkan dan bernilai uang. Berjalan kaki ke ICE BSD dan ke Kopi Nako di sebelah apartemen.
